凱悅嘉軒-埃爾塞貢多 (Hyatt Place El Segundo)

出差路過，為了第二天轉機，位置離機場很近. 其他沒有什麼亮點了

The hotel is not taking responsibility. We had a 9am flight from LAX, and booked the airport shuttle for 630am for five of us (we booked two rooms), and only 2 of us can get on, the remaining 3 needed was left behind. We went back to the hotel and ask for help. The front desk person said that the shuttle services was shared by the next door hotel AC Hotel by Marriott. I asked her why we didnt get on even booking, and he confirmed only five of us were booked and we should be on the shuttle. Then she lukewarmly called the other hotel and they said that the other hotel is trying to find someone to approve the uber expense. We eneded up have to get an uber for us for $20USD, around 655am. We barely made our flight. Here is the issue 1. the 630 driver said it happened all the time. 2. the AC hotel staff said they are not authorized to approved the uber since the manager is out of readch and possibly sleeping. 3. both hotels, Hyatt and AC, didnt seem to care about booking and reservation. 4. the front desk staff was lukewarm to help, after I repeatedly asked her to make the call, then told me that AC hotel was handling. The Hyatt hotel is fine but the shuttle service is totally unacceptable. It ruins the reputation of Hyatt.

簡易乾淨的機場飯店，隔音上比較薄弱但經濟實惠

Size of our room is spacious. The mattress is a bit too soft, and the water pressure of the shower is very weak. Breakfast varieties are limited. Overall, it is still ok.

Nicely renovated hotel. Breakfast is not bad for the price. Be careful with the shuttle service. They charge you for certain hours. See pic. If you are just staying here for transit, this is a good one. No stores or restaurant around but as long as you know what you are getting, it’s good.

挺不錯的，早餐雖然就幾樣，但彼此的混合搭配算多，但位子偏少，建議早點下去吃囉。 有開車也方便，一天30美over night. 就在high way附近，到哪都方便。

Hotel is fairly new and all the facilities seem to be in good condition. The location is quiet as it is next to a newly developed business park that is still empty. The parking lot gets full, but the staff was able to situate us in the overflow parking without issues.
