Excellent front desk. Hopefully facility could be a little bit update. Great Parking lot. 

The hotel is located a bit far from downtown San Francisco but offers free shuttle buses to a nearby BART station, making it under an hour to reach downtown. The quiet neighborhood has a coastal walkway with Bay Bridge views. The property is somewhat aged, with fair breakfast options featuring fruit but limited variety. Rooms are spacious with bay views, though amenities must be requested from the front desk. The hotel is popular, especially with coach tours, leading to queues at peak times. Hilton Honors members can request two complimentary bottles of water.

去舊金山看小孩，選了這個離伯克利較近的希爾頓住了幾晚，酒店的位置很棒，周邊景色很美也有很好的香港餐廳，看到是希爾頓的品牌，覺得應該有保障，實際是設施衞生都不錯，房間是隔天打掃一次，洗漱用品要自帶，雙床房床挺大也舒服。但服務實在是差強人意，特別加錢買了早餐券，第二天按點下去用餐時被告知有活動，早上提早收餐了，也不提前通知，很多客人衹能無奈而回，投訴了經理才從廚房拿出一點馬馬虎虎應付一下。遇上了突然停電，消防演習也是沒人沒字條提前通知，真是隨意。

super expensive parking, in a bad area, front staff was on their phones doing personal calls.. one of the cheapest hotels in the area, but for a good reasn

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

真沒想到國際品牌位於 美國舊金山區 Emeryville 的 Hilton Garden Inn , 其房間內部設施 1. 居然沒有提供一次性室內拖鞋 2. 咖啡機居然是壞的無法使用 3. 浴室並無擺放牙膏牙刷 , 需要住客自己到一樓 checking counter 向值班職員索取 4. 此飯店沒有客服中心 ** 建議 永安 可以取消與其合作關係 , 減少且避免住客花了錢卻沒有享受該有的服務 **

地理位置好 ，出入方便 ，整體環境乾淨 衞生 ，設施齊全 周邊 加油 購物十分便利 。各式餐廳離開的都不遠 。 服務周到。 下雨天 酒店沒有傘 出借 有點遺憾。

酒店地理位置不錯，在海灣邊上，夕陽、奧克蘭大橋都可以看到。還有綠道可以散步。 停車免費，比較方便，附近有一個海灣商業街，很中國化，好多吃的。 房間設計不合理，兩個大箱子就攤不開了。距離金門大橋開車半小時。

The room was so nice, we got the suite, its just that the water isnt hot enough for a shower in my opinion, its not cold but definitely not warm or hot enough, it was ok for my boyfriend but not for me. also it will be better if the bed was facing the bridge but not the other way, cause now once we sleep we only see buildings but not the bridge or the bay, kinda like a waste once we hit the bed
