The amenities are lacking there wasn't even a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. To make matters worse, I had to take a cold shower as there was no hot water available. The furniture is old and definitely needs an upgrade. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

The whole 永安 was great! Firstly, I stayed for 5 nights to attend an exhibition close by the hotel. Secondly, they were professional to have a staff member pick me up at the airport at almost 2am in the morning. Thirdly, they let be borrow a lighter and charger for my entire duration. Staff also helped me to get taxis every morning to the exhibition and pleasantly gave me directions and insights into everywhere else I wanted to go, like the Citadel, Mosque and bazaar. Anytime I needed complimentary water bottles, I could just order from the room or make a quick 永安 down to the lobby to pick up more. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. Next time I am in Erbil, I will stay here again. Thank you Dynasty Hotel Staff!

性價比非常高的酒店，前台經理必須點贊，服務非常周到耐心，找不到哪裡或者找不到酒店，衹需要聯繫前台經理，就很熱心的幫忙搞定。期間，幫忙打印了好幾份文件。還提供包車服務，大堂經理親自兼職司機加翻譯，簡直不要太方便。如果下次再去埃爾比勒，一定會再次入住，探望前台這些服務經理，謝謝你們🫰🫰🫰🙏🙏🙏

Good location easy to get to it. Was friendly service room was very good biggest clean we will stay again I recommend. Only breakfast bit despite not proper cattery not coffee  provide I hope this get better in the future thank u
