Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though. We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either. Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”. The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

I was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.
