Location is very good, food is also good. But the room has mosquitoes which need to tackled by staff.

Hotel room was not hygienic, toilet seat was not clean, washroom ventilation was pathetic such that the bad odour from the drainage pipe was recirculated which was unbearable. There was no handwash available even after asking for the same. Only wafer like slices of soap and small shampoo packet was provided. Towels were stained. Reception was not polite. The balcony of the room was dirty with birds droppings. The experience was bad even after paying a premium amount.

There was loud music from a marriage function until 1:30 am that was too loud. Had to complain at around midnight but the front desk said they cannot help much. The hot water was not coming in. Terrible experience.

Linen were dirty, tv not functional remote of it broken i three piece toilet basin were very much tanned taps were rusted electric boards were hanging. That was situation of room no 306 where i stayed while charges for one night

Good facade & lobby. But the room is poorly maintained. The window ac in the room was quite noisy. Quite a distance from ram mandir. Actually a banquet hall for marriage. Not a proper hotel. Price not matching the facilities.

Stay was great, clean rooms and well maintained amenities. Staff was nice and helpful and informative as well.

This hotel spoiled my stay in Ayodhya 永安. One day before the 永安 they called me and said they won't be able to provide the stay as their rooms have gone under maintenance. They offered 2 options: one to cancel the booking and refund complete, second to alternate hotel. Since I was already in between my 永安 (in Varanasi), and we were 10 people and 50% of them were serior citizens, I didnt have enough time to check for hotel and book and I was not sure about availability of rooms at the last moment. So, I opted for alternate hotel. They offered me Hotel AP Palace) But this hotel was pathetic, very old hotel, rooms were not well maintained, not fresh bed spreads and sheets, bath rooms were not clean. Its all junk. A substandard hotel . So, everyone please be careful about this kind of situations. You can't trust people ,everyone want to make money. No one cares for customer satisfaction. They dont bother about it.
