They have a poor service which need to improve… for everything you need to dial four four times

The hotel has a nice and clean lobby. Once you leave the lobby, the rest of the building is in disrepair. The carpets are filthy and smelly. Internet does not work at all. We had IT in our room at least 4 times in two days to try to fix it. They finally gave up. The food at the buffet was good, but very overpriced for what it was. I will not stay here again.

The stay was good but the food they are providing in their restaurant was really of average quality and taste and on top of that they are not providing good mineral water like bisleri or anything
