The room has no window, Ac temperature can not be changed. room is specious but no free bottle water. break fast spread was very very limited . only 2 items, then cut fruits and bread. In case of urgent , this hotel maybe considered . Not for corporates people

I have booked a super deluxe room for 3 adults. The room is spacious and comfortable. The food service is good and with good taste. The staff are courteous and also the rooms are fitted with individual water geysers so the hot water problem is not there. Over all nice experience.

Staff was rude. They commented that "people book their stay from various apps and stay in less prices in such costly rooms that we provide." would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Hotel staff was not coeprative, and did not provide the invoice during checkout time. There were lot of dampness in walls of room and toilet seat was also getting blocked and breakfast was not upto mark.

Mahalakshmi hotel is ideally located. Food is good. Bathrooms & toilet maintenance is not upto the mark. Room service was fast and good mannered employees. Reception, billing and all professionally done good. Overall good
