The check-in and check-out didn't work. We spent an hour trying to reach someone over the phone because there is no one working there in person. The self check-in told us that there was no reservation under my reservation number and name. Then at check-out the same story so we just left. Additionally and worst of all was the dirtiness of the room! The coffee and hot water machine were disgusting. There was still some water that hasn't apparently been touched for years probably. The water had whitish and brownish substances floating around. The coffee mugs were sticky and full of weird marks. The milk and other things were already open. The only thing clean (we hope at least) were the bedsheets.
