非斯宮殿套房 SPA 酒店 (Le Riad Palais d'Hotes Suites & Spa Fes)

Было бронирование на 2 ночи. В итоге гости съехали после первой ночи. Отель не соответствует заявленным условиям. В номерах холодно и сыро, не работает кондиционер. Сам риад очень уставший. Ну и деньги за вторую ночь вернуть отказались. Видимо только таким образом могут заработать. Спасибо поддержке сайта, что решили этот вопрос в нашу пользу. Я бы не рекомендовал этот отель для проживания.

It's Ok. The riad itself is beautiful. Not much hospitality/generosity but they're mostly nice. Lots of things have riddiculous prices though (tea for 3.3 usd for example).

Pro: the hotel staff is very friendly, like to thanks the kitchen staff to prepare our breakfast daily and dinner once. the central court of hotel is lovely. Location itself is not bad, except initially it's bit hard to locate it, and surrounding street is not clearly marked, but it's FES in general within old town setting, Con: the room is ok (we reserve a large one, with bedroom, living room and bathroom in its own quarter. Bed is bit hard to sleep, pillow is also very hard. End up didn't use pillow at all. The cleanliness of living room, couch and floor mat is questionable. In one night, we seen one roach crossing over. The bath room has large tub but no curtain, water spray can be everywhere. The worst thing is the toilet, u can literally smell the gas and need keep window open overnight, it's due to the old sewerage system in old town IMHO. Overall, the RIAD building itself is dated and crumble and need lots of maintenance for sure to claim its star rating. Lastly, watch out if u reserved in dollars or Euro, the hotel will charge you in dirham when checked in. Since dirham appreciated so much in past 1-2 months, u will be shocked the real price per day is 5-6% higher.

設施比較老舊，但位置很好，離菲斯宮殿一點幾公里可以步行去，還有布魯日藍門，經學院都很近

有點失望，環境一般，服務有問題，房間很冷

酒店還可以，摩洛哥嘛，小費方面懂得都懂啦。

Todo perfecto solo la regadera es muy incómoda

Отель хороший, местоположение тоже, есть веранда на крыше на которой можно вечером посидеть. Номера чистые и комфортные. Единственное, мы бронировали номер с 2 односпальными кроватями, а дали номер с 1 нормальной кроватью и 1 очень маленькой.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
