c-hotels 阿拉曼尼21 (C-Hotels Alamanni21)

是公寓樓裏面，房間本身還是不錯的，比一般歐洲酒店多了一次性拖鞋和熱水器，能喝一杯熱茶。但一是提前網上註冊，也費了不少時間，二是地方太隱蔽了，不好找，打電話給對方，司機找了半天才找到。三是早到沒地方寄存行李，然後又打電話，對方讓我去一個叫“joy hotel ”的地方，但他也説不清，我也理解不了（我英語算還可以的），繞了半個多小時才找到，雖然其實不遠。最後check in 的時候，用軟件開，每次要打開永安有三個開門，因為裏面門太多，傻傻沒搞清，最後打電話搞清了，網絡不行，打不開網……簡直崩潰😫打電話對方過來幫着開的。坐在門口等半天。如果你英語不太好，又是第一次住這種公寓，一定要有充分心裏準備。反正下次我不太想住公寓了，太不方便了。

The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversations in the next room, hear when they shower, every toilet flush. The b&b is next to the tram tracks, every tram that passes by you will hear the rumble in your room. If you are a light sleeper like me, avoid booking this b&b. Hot water is also a problem, seems the hot water is gone after perhaps 10 mins os usage. At night, there's a risk of not being able to have a hot shower. Although the host was responsive and helpful, but the issue wasn't resolved. Overall, the location was amazing, but that's really all I can say. Wouldn't recommend this.

The accommodation’s location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The style of the room is chic and modern. There’s a shared pantry available for guests of the different rooms. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at C-Hotels Joy nearby, located just 2 minutes away. The staff there were all very friendly and welcoming.

酒店離車站很近，走路不到10分鐘。自助入住挺方便，房間也挺寬敞，有免費的水，還有冰箱，很贊。美中不足隔音稍微差點，總體還是很滿意的。

酒店位置旺中帶靜，方便去市中心各大景點，亦在車站附近。 雖然辦理自助check in比較多野填，但好方便！ 性價比高👍

房間非常好！我們網上提交照片不成功，讓我們去了c-joy前台辦理入住，遇到了超級超級好的帥哥前台！幫我們辦理好了一切，還告訴我們如果有事情可以給他們電話，太拉好感了，還非常帥！ 也是一位喜歡路飛的友友，看到我行李箱的貼圖很開心，哈哈哈哈哈 ， 住宿環境很好，房間臨街，但是玻璃特別隔音，就是如果網上入住流程更順暢就完美了！

這是我在弗洛倫薩住到的最舒適喜歡的酒店。嚴格來説它是個民宿形式酒店。非常温馨乾淨舒適整潔。每天會打掃房間清潔垃圾桶。每次遊玩回去，如回到家一般，床單被子又會幫整理得整整結結，平平整整。空調涼爽安靜，房間沒有任何異味。大落地窗讓陽光灑落進來，房間乾淨明亮！窗戶隔音很好，夜晚睡覺安靜。很高興在公共區域有微波爐，附近十多分鐘處有家樂福超市，真是太讚了，桃子價廉物美。這個價位中房間裏有開水壺，有冰箱，有保險箱，有免費的水，有咖啡☕️和小甜點提供。最喜歡歐洲有陽台的居處，早上沖一杯在陽台上悠閑喝着，看來來往往的路人。位置很好，就在火車站幾分鐘路程處，去往聖母百花大教堂也就十多分鐘步行範圍。唯一一點就是淋浴房洗澡時要注意水不要灑到廁所地板上。因為廁所為了保持設計美觀，沒有裝門。另外想説的是：一定要耐心讀完酒店發的郵件裏的連結並把表格填寫好提交。一步步按要求操作完成後，就可以獲得手機開門界面，然後就可以點電子開鎖順利進戶了。前台服務人員熱情幫拿行李帶去住宿處。總之，這裏的住宿給我們在弗洛倫薩忙綠而開心的旅途留下了美好的回憶。

靠近樓的時候很多時候手機沒有網絡信號，然而開樓下大門、二樓酒店門，房間門，都需要網絡。請一定提前熟悉清楚如何開門，不然耽誤時間會比較着急，我就是。房間內設施還可以，有個陽台。國人在外要相互幫助！

Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

You hv to access the rm with several passcodes with your phone. We had a bug to in and call the hotline. The staff came very fast and patient. The location is very good for train and tram. It is new the rm but some of the design is odd, and some of equipment has already broken. And the shower water would be not hot enough occasionally.
