The male receptionist was really racist to foreigner who only speaking english. If you are Asian or foreigner, be very careful when booking this hotel. It was a waste of money.

挺差的房間，要麼漏水，要麼噪音大，真不太行。

Ho soggiornato una notte presso questo hotel. La struttura è fuori città ma comoda per gli spostamenti ed è disponibile un parcheggio. Personale gentile.

性價比高 但是停車位不是一般人能聽 非常非常小 不太敢停進去 別的還好 畢竟價格在這了 也挺方便的 理市中心蠻近的

Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, ben collegato con la tramvia. forse le stanze potrebbero avere una migliore insonorizzazione, ma nel complesso l'esperienza è buona.

Bella struttura confortevole.Camere pulite comode.Personale gentile.Colazione molto buona e abbondante.Quando torno a Firenze ci tornerò.

Very minute rooms for single traveler. Hard to open luggage and even smaller than japan rooms… nice breakfast though and decors.

You can hear people talk and walk in the streets even in the early morning. Maybe it's near to the train station. Just stayed for a night, so it didn't bother me much. Morning my unit door is wide open by another room person. So if you are very private person then this might be a problem. For me its just 1 night to catch early train but will not stay if more than a night.

深夜便で到着予定だったため、空港近くのホテルを予約しました！チェックインを擔當してくれたスタッフもとても気さくで親切でした。設備は必要最低限ですが部屋も広々としており、ベットも広くオススメです。水の音やドアの音、他の方の喋り聲は結構聞こえるので繊細な方にはお勧めしません。

沒有水煲，沒有雪櫃，位置20分鐘電車到SMN火車站，酒店行到電車站需要6，7分鐘，服務員友善，早餐十分差，間房大 除非很平，我不會推薦

Absolutely do not recommend!!! Leaking walls! Discrimination! No air conditioning! Poor service and hygiene! My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, not only because of the substandard facilities but also due to the treatment I received. The ceiling leaked, with the sound of dripping water persisting all night long. Worse still, the water continuously hit my face, preventing me from resting peacefully. I documented all this with photos and videos, but when I requested a room change, I was initially told there were no available rooms. Only after my persistent demands did they suddenly offer a room that was supposedly ready, leading me to suspect unfair treatment possibly because I am Asian. Adding to the frustration was the hotel's refusal to offer compensation, attributing the issue to "force majeure" and completely overlooking their fundamental responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable accommodation environment. This attitude of shirking responsibility, coupled with the staff's arrogance and lack of respect, made me feel a cold indifference that bordered on discrimination. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working (despite the hotel's advertisement of having air conditioning), and the staff simply said their air conditioning “doesn't work”. However, it seemed that air conditioning was working in some rooms, which made me suspect unequal treatment. Think twice before booking, if you don’t want to regret your 永安 to Florence, I recommend choosing another hotel that is more professional and respectful towards its guests. Sharing my experience, I hope to remind everyone to be careful when selecting a hotel. 絕對不推薦！！！牆壁漏水！歧視！沒有空調！服務差 衞生差！ 這家酒店的住宿體驗讓我深感失望，不僅因為其低下的設施標準，更因為我所遭受的待遇。天花板漏水，滴水聲整夜不止。更糟的是，漏水不斷打到我的臉上，讓我無法安心休息。我用照片和視頻記錄下這一切，但當我向酒店請求換房時，他們先是告訴我沒有空房，隨後在我堅持不懈下，突然就能提供一個已經準備好的房間，這不由得讓人懷疑，是不是因為我是亞洲人，所以才會受到這樣不公平的對待？ 更令人不滿的是，當我們要求賠償時，酒店將責任推給了“不可抗力”，完全忽視了他們在提供安全舒適住宿環境上的基本責任。這種推卸責任的態度，以及酒店服務人員高傲且不尊重客人的行為，讓我深切感受到了被歧視的冷漠。 另外，房間內的空調不能使用（介紹中顯示該酒店有空調），前台工作人員說他們酒店的空調就是doesn't work。然而，似乎部分房間的空調能夠使用，這讓我懷疑遭到了不平等的對待。 請三思而後行，如果你不想讓你的佛羅倫薩之旅留下遺憾，我建議選擇其他更加專業和尊重客人的酒店。分享我的經歷，希望能提醒大家，在選擇酒店時要謹慎。
