Меня окружили невероятным гостеприимством и заботой. Красивый и огромный номер. До Санта-Мари-дель-Фьйоре 4 минуты пешком через потрясающий вид сквозь дворики. Рядом Академия.
Крайне рекомендую это уютное место.

A great place to stay when you are in Venice. Location is great, staff were helpful and rooms were clean and nice!
這是一所糟糕的住所和傲慢的管理。如果你在非工作日或下午一點後到達，恭喜你，可能就沒地方可去了。我們在下午一點到達時，竟然在大雨中等了近一個小時才能進入酒店的大門，並放下行李。
至於房間，根本沒有照片中那麼好，窗外幾乎沒有景觀，衹是一堵讓人壓抑的白牆。衞生間裏的沐浴露也沒有及時更換，導致我們根本無法洗澡。更糟糕的是，周圍晚上非常吵，根本無法入睡，加上酒店老舊的空調噪音特別大，幾乎讓人無法忍受。
總的來説，我不會向任何計劃來佛羅倫薩的遊客推薦這家酒店。以這個價格，你完全可以找到更好的住所。
This hotel is a terrible place to stay, with arrogant management.
The arrogance is also evident in the fact that if you arrive after 1 PM or on a non-business day, finding no place to go. We arrived at 1 PM and had to wait in the pouring rain for almost an hour before being able to enter the hotel and drop off our luggage.
As for the room, it was nothing like the pictures. The view was almost non-existent, just a depressing white wall. The shower gel in the bathroom wasn’t replaced in time, leaving us unable to shower. To make things worse, the area around the hotel is extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep, and the outdated air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, almost unbearable.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Florence. At this price point, there are far better places to stay.
