汽車公園酒店 (Auto Park Hotel)

服務態度很好，但設施真的太老舊了，牆根本就不隔音，窗戶四處透風，蚊子一大推，因為前台那裡可以借電蚊香，所以避免了一場蚊子大餐。位置一般，去市區基本半小時以上吧。綜合來講，酒店的工作人員已經儘可能去滿足住客需求，但是三人間給三張單人床的特殊需求並沒有在系統中傳遞給到他們，也是令人失望。

Номер не свежий, не уютный. В ванной плесень на потолке. Кровать не двухспальная, сдвинутые односпалки с разным уровнем жёсткости. Совсем некомфортно спать. Сервис на ресепшн доброжелательный, собрали с собой завтрак при раннем выезде. До достопримечательностей 15 мин на трамвае, остановка в 5 мин ходьбы от отеля.

エレベーターがガタガタしたり外観など少し古いホテルでいろいろ目につくことと館內が全體的に薄暗い、部屋に冷蔵庫がないことは気になりました。 あと、入口のライトは點きませんでした。 それでもフィレンツェ中心からトラムT2ですぐですし、しっかり個室なのと間接照明の薄明るさでゆっくり寢ることはできました。 朝食もついてまぁ値段に対して妥當な気はします。 ランドリーもあることに気が付かず使いませんでした。 また、近くにコインランドリーもありました。

Friendly helpful staff  Location was not central but only a 15 minute tram ride to the city  Room was clean and tidy But hotel in general was outdated and old

The air conditioner started leaking after we opened it, leaking the entire floor and it went on for the whole night. We had to sleep while listening to the water drip. When we told the reception about this problem, they brushed it off and told us to come down and get towels so the floor won't be soaked which is ridiculous. It shows how much effort they put in for guests. Then for the breakfast,the staff asked us if we do speak English,then she starts to speak it with a strong Italian accent which is not understandable. After figuring out that she wanted us to choose coffee or tea.we felt like they mock us behind our back. Which make us feel so uncomfortable.

房間衞生情況惡劣，尤其洗手間很差，浴缸有殘留的啡色物體。晚上房間突然停電，全部燈光熄滅，這個情況發生了兩次。酒店好像有更好的房間，但我們住的是較舊的房間。入住請謹慎選擇。

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised I am honestly surprised by the previous positive reviews for this hotel. Based on my experience and what I’ve seen on other major travel sites, the ratings are well below average, and I now understand why. Room Quality Issues The bedding was dirty, and the mattress was old and sagging, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The wardrobe was present, but it was damaged—please see the attached photos for details. Noise and Security Soundproofing is practically non-existent. You can hear your neighbors with every movement, and conversations in the hallway are clearly audible. The door was not secure, and as shown in the photos, it was damaged, which made us feel unsafe. Missing Amenities For a hotel claiming to have 3 stars, the absence of a safe is unacceptable—especially since we paid the corresponding taxes for such a standard. The air conditioning did not work at all, which was very inconvenient. Conclusion Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating or its supposed 3-star standard. I do not recommend staying here, at least not until significant improvements are made. (Photos attached as evidence.)

雖然離火車站有段距離，好在電車超級方便。環境安全安靜，衞生也不錯。 早餐豐富味道也不錯。飲料甜點選擇很多。 性價比很高。 缺點是，就單人間來説，衞生間雖然大小合適，但是淋浴間非常小，其實旁邊洗屁股的坐盆有點多餘，拓展城淋浴間大小就更好了。

非常好的一個平價酒店，儘管設施有些許老舊，但可以看出來商家在翻新，因為廁所明顯重新裝修過。考慮到它的價格，可以認為是非常好的酒店，衞生乾淨，擁有較好的位置（靠近電車站），停車方便，服務熱情。 但不得不提到，酒店隔音較差，窗戶和牆壁有些年代，且房間採光不足。

El hotel no está en el centro, pero está bien comunicado con el tranvía tanto al aeropuerto como al centro. La parada está a unos 5min andando. El hotel es algo viejo, aunque el baño está más o menos reformado. Las camas que nos tocaron no son cómodas (se hunden por el centro) El desayuno pasable aunque no muy variado ( pan, fiambre, bollería, café, fruta solo en almíbar)
