Останавливаюсь в отеле не в первый раз. Хорошая локация, хорошее отношение к клиентам. Отличная винотека. Замечательные завтраки с соседнем ресторане.

We received a room with two single beds and stayed for three nights. While we understand this is a guesthouse, for the nightly price paid, we expected basic amenities to be properly provided. We appreciated the daily replenishment of teabags and coffee, as well as the remaking of bed sheets and linens. However, for the same price, one could easily stay at a nearby four-star hotel. Based on our experience, we would not choose this guesthouse again. Included Breakfast (see photo): The included breakfast (8 Euros if not included) was very unappetizing and frankly disgusting. The only decent item was the croissants, which were clearly bought externally. The Ham & Cheese Toast arrived barely warm and was clearly made using cheap ingredients. The cappuccino and tea were horrible. The English Breakfast tea had black bits floating in it and tasted terrible, while the cappuccino was lukewarm and tasted like warm water. The orange juice was an unnatural red colour and tasted like powdered juice mixed with water. We did not drink it at all. We had breakfast for two mornings. On the third morning, we switched to cereal and milk. The plain milk was fine, but the chocolate milk was BEYOND HORRBLE. It tasted like milk mixed with unsweetened cocoa powder, with no sweetness and a spoilt taste. Please avoid booking breakfast; the 8 Euros would be better spent elsewhere. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am and it is served directly to your room. On our last morning, despite clearly indicating 8.30am, breakfast was served at 8am, waking us up from our slumber. There is no excuse for this mistake. Room: The beds were small and clearly old. The mattress springs were broken, and I felt like I was falling off the bed when turning in my sleep. Air-conditioning worked well, and the toilet had a bidet and shower. However, the air-conditioning and TV remote had visible stains upon arrival, and the chair and table were sticky. The 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo had no wall holder and was placed on the floor, making it very inconvenient to use. At night, there was a recurring scratching or tapping sound coming from the toilet area. On the final morning, we noticed what appeared to be mold on the toilet ceiling (see photo), which was very unpleasant. Netflix was available on the TV, which was a plus, but overall comfort was poor due to the beds and shower setup. Cleanliness: Towels were not changed despite being left on the floor as requested. A hand towel, after our use, had visible stains and we placed it on the floor for it to be changed the next housekeeping. However, it was folded, and placed back on the rack instead of being replaced. This was misleading and unacceptable, and directly resulted in my 1-star cleanliness rating, in addition to the stains on the TV and air-conditioning remotes as mentioned earlier. Service: The staff we met were polite and accommodating but only available during the day. At night, there was no one to contact for assistance, and we had to look for items ourselves. Aside from the breakfast timing issue, staff interactions were otherwise pleasant. Others: Access to the building is inconvenient without keys. After checkout, we left our luggage at the reception and were informed to return latest by 2 pm. When we returned to collect our luggage, we could not enter the building as the main door was locked and we did not have the keys to the main door as we had returned our keys during checkout. Phone calls to the number quoted on google, 06 4893 0518, and intercom attempts went unanswered, and we had to wait for others to enter. No instructions were given to us on how to contact staff or any relevant personnel to help us open the main door, so please rectify this issue. The situation would have been worse in bad weather. Overall: The location is good, but for the price paid, the lack of comfort, cleanliness, and organization is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. Please improve.

Hormis l’emplacement, très très proche du Duomo, nous ne recommandons pas le quartier, ne donnant pas confiance. Concernant l’hôtel, tout est à revoir: ascenseur vétuste, chambre très médiocre à la décoration vieillotte, installation électrique vétuste, salle de douche dans les combles avec chaleur étouffante, climatisation bruyante, literie à revoir. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas dans l’établissement mais dans un restaurant voisin. Piscine aux abords sales et très petite. L’eau du jacuzzi avait une odeur d’égout. De façon générale, les finitions sont à revoir partout dans l’établissement : moquettes arrachées et tachées dans les couloirs, drap posé au sol dans un couloir (fuite? tâches?). Nous étions dans une chambre « économique », néanmoins pour le prix, nous attendions davantage. Le parking, hors de prix (40€ la nuit), n’est pas sur place, un employé prend le véhicule en charge. Il faut prévenir une heure avant pour récupérer son véhicule et selon la réceptionniste, l’emplacement du parking peut varier.

Katedrale 7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, 4 kişilik odaları çok temiz, tuvalet ve banyo yeni yapılmıştı. Kahvaltı dahil konakladık, kahvaltı çeşitleri çok geniş değil ama bizim için yeterliydi. Merkeze ve gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj. Biz aile olarak memnun kaldık. Tam fiyat performans oteli.

房間我覺得挺好的,洗浴熱水能再熱一點就好了。服務人員很熱情,早飯在隔壁一家挺高檔的餐廳裏。有個前台小妹長的像蘇菲瑪索😍,讓我深感震撼。

Excelente ubicación, excelente, trato y servicio por todo el personal, especialmente por el recepcionista que está por las mañanas y que sabe hablar español. Su amabilidad y su atención: excepcional, el que tenga piscina, aunque sea pequeñita, para darse un chapuzón sobre todo en verano, con el calor que hace, es un punto importante a tener en cuenta, y aunque he leído que no avisan de que no tiene ascensor y que muchos casos, como a nosotros, te mandan al segundo piso con muchos escalones, es cierto, pero también ellos te suben y te bajan las maletas. Sin duda, repetiré en este Hotel en mi próximo viaje a Florencia .

While it was upsetting that upon arrival they could not give us a room due to plumbing issues, I appreciate that they had a solution for us by giving us a room at a comparable hotel and covering all the paperwork and expenses. They also helped us get our luggage there. Overall, I think this is a classy establishment based on what I saw in the lobby, and I appreciate the customer service.
