Stayed at the end of 永安 to the Sunshine Coast. The hotel is situated in a great area of Brisbane but overall service wasn’t the best. We ate the Greek restaurant first night but couldn’t hear each other at dinner due to the construction noise outside. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about it. Working in the industry I know the hotel was informed of this activity. But guests were not informed. I complained but the mangager was too busy to see me at reception. If I had known about the construction I would have made the reservation. Pool was overcrowded every day. Acoustics between room and corridor and terrace very poor. When someone operates the blinds you can hear and when they are on the phone in the terrace you can hear the calls. If you use the glassware or cups. You have to call reception to have them replaced otherwise when the room is cleaned they just take them away. The location is good though with good choices for other F&B venues so you don’t have to eat at the hotel!
