Wasn't able to checkin because of massive language barriers and on top of this the guy on the checkin dosn't let me in becaus he claimed that i havn't paid the room in advance wich wasn't true. Was a financiall loss for me and smells like SCAM.

There was no one on reception. With someone who was able to speak chinese I called on hotel number, the guy said to cancel the booking but after 10 minutes changed the mind and called back and guided the local person to pick key card from his desk and we did entered the rooom. Room was dirty, furniture was broken, there was no remote of the Air conditioner so we could not use it. There were no basic utensils in kitchen. Worst experience ever.

枕頭套發黃且沒得換，床單上一大塊痕跡，床靠背上也有一大塊污漬，衞生不好，但前台服務態度很好

Good service and location very convenient. Hygiene is serious problem. Especially toilet, the wall very dirty and smelly, toilet door has no door also. Can always see small Cockroaches aroumd the room, got one time even on the bed. Bedsheets not really clean also because can find other people hairs on the bed. Please help to improve on cleanliness. Early morning wan to make a cup of coffee found tht no kettles nor glasses ready in the room. It is troublesome if gonna make a drinks
