My stay it’s smartments was most enjoyable great spacious very clean great shower comfortable bed . location near Frankfurt airport about four stops on the tube from Frankfurt Main airport . From Frankfurt Hana airport you take the flipco coach to Frankfurt Main( two & half hours)and then you get a tube to getaway Gardens to get to Smartments apartments. The staff were most helpful and friendly giving good advice on places to go telling you how to get there & general advice. nearest tube station Gateway Gardens two minute walk on this train S8 you can get anywhere and change to different lines to continue your journey Supermarket nearby, lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. Safe and clean area.

晚上 9 點多到達酒店，先是卡在入門密碼上，這酒店進門要自己輸入密碼，然後他密碼是不通過永安提供的，而是發了郵件，我那個郵箱不常用沒看到，就在寒風裡呆了半天。給力的永安客服幫我搞定了。第一道關是我的問題，但是 1）酒店需要入門密碼這事不能通過永安預訂頁提醒下嗎？早知道是自助服務酒店我就不定了啊 2）郵件發送了也可以讓永安發短訊提醒下用戶啊。 第二道關，進門得自己辦入住，我定的單人入住，非得讓我輸入第二位房客的所有訊息。第三關，一樓咖啡要錢，檸檬水不要錢但是衹剩罐底一點點。我要倒水得把罐子傾斜過來水才夠得上龍頭。第四關退房時還得自己老老實實操作平板做退房。房間類似小單人公寓，該有的都有。但是講真開酒店搞全自助，好搞這麼繁瑣是真的讓人很糟心。 再説一句永安客服是真給力，那麼晚幫我搞定了一切。

Lokasi strategis, hanya satu station dari airport Frankfrut. Ada Rewe di dekat apartmen. Bisa cek in mandiri. Shower air mandi kencang dan panas, hanya sebaiknya dibuat tempat untuk sabun dan samphoo. Hanya untuk selimut, kainnya kurang lembut, sehingga kurang nyaman.

房間整潔乾淨，設施新也齊全，還有小廚房，地方離法蘭克福機場一站路，離S8/S9出口很近，去市裡也很方便。去的時候公寓樓還在裝修收尾，電梯不能用，但是有安保幫忙提行李，總體來説比較滿意，推薦
