帕門霍夫酒店 (Hotel Palmenhof)

此次在 Palmenhof Hotel 的入住體驗，讓我對酒店的衞生標準以及員工的基本職業判斷能力產生了嚴重質疑。房間床鋪和毛巾上明顯殘留多根屬於他人的長頭髮（而我本人是短髮），這已經説明最基礎的清潔流程存在問題。正因為無法信任床品的衞生狀況，我才選擇使用自己攜帶的睡袋。然而令人難以理解的是，服務人員在整理房間時，完全沒有進行最基本的判斷與思考——沒有意識到客人使用自帶睡袋背後必然有原因，而是機械地將我放在床上的乾淨衣物和睡袋移到公共沙發區域，最終導致物品滑落到地板上。將客人的乾淨衣物和睡袋置於地面，這種行為不僅缺乏專業素養，更體現出對衞生細節和客人私人物品的漠視。對一個重視清潔的住客而言，這是無法接受的。更令人遺憾的是，酒店未提供洗衣設施，使我不得不在後續行程中繼續使用被污染的衣物和睡袋。衞生管理鬆散，加之員工缺乏最基本的判斷能力和服務意識，使此次入住體驗大打折扣。希望酒店能夠認真反思清潔標準與員工培訓問題，也提醒未來的住客對此保持謹慎。 My stay at Palmenhof Hotel has raised serious concerns regarding both the hotel’s hygiene standards and the basic professional judgment of its staff. Multiple long hairs clearly belonging to previous guests were found on the bed and towels （I have short hair）, which already indicates a failure in fundamental cleaning procedures. Because I could not trust the cleanliness of the bedding, I chose to use my own sleeping bag. What is even more concerning is that during housekeeping, the staff demonstrated a complete lack of basic judgment and awareness. Instead of considering why a guest might be using a personal sleeping bag, they mechanically removed my clean clothes and sleeping bag from the bed and placed them in a shared sofa area, ultimately causing them to fall onto the floor. Placing a guest’s clean belongings on the ground is not only unprofessional, but also reflects a disregard for hygiene details and personal property. To make matters worse, the hotel does not provide laundry facilities, forcing me to continue my journey with clothing and a sleeping bag that were dirtied due to this incident. The combination of poor hygiene management and the staff’s lack of fundamental judgment and service awareness has severely damaged my trust in the hotel’s overall standards. I strongly urge the management to address deficiencies in both cleaning protocols and staff training, and I advise future guests to take this into consideration.

在法蘭克福住的這個酒店很舒適，這個區域也比較安靜，安全，雖然床可能稍微小一點，但一個人剛剛好睡得很舒服，而且還有贈飲咖啡都很好喝，廁所也是應有盡有，非常精緻

來到德國的第一站，雖然店前的路在維修中，仍然可以是一次愉快的入住經歷。雖然老，但韻味十足，門卡是傳統的鑰匙，電梯雖小但整潔完好。早餐是標準的西式，但咖啡不錯，櫃上的大叔們服務周到，熱情接待，總之值得推薦！

房間設施齊全，很乾凈。 前台大叔很熱情，服務態度非常好！ 因為臨時決定去歌德故居，返回時距離退房時間過去了3小時了。按規定需要付款額外10歐元，付錢時前台大叔説不用了。總體體驗很滿意！

這家民宿雖遠離火車站，但也因此格外安靜，避開了喧囂的人流與交通噪音，住宿體驗很舒心。小管家温迪的服務更是周到又專業，早早便主動與我聯繫，將入住流程、房型選擇等事宜都安排得妥妥當當，十分省心。 入住的房間被安排在4樓，最讓人驚喜的是帶有一個獨立陽台。站在陽台上向外眺望，能看到旁邊居民區的景象，家家戶戶都有陽台，上面擺放着凳子與桌椅，充滿了生活氣息。民宿的早餐也很出色，美中不足的是早餐設在地下室，但天氣好的時候，完全可以將食物端到外面的陽光園裡享用，在陽光下用餐也是一番不錯的體驗。

去展會預訂的，由於定的比較晚，這家酒店成了無奈之舉。風格比較古典，比較老舊，但是地址位置很棒，不行去法蘭克福會展中心也就15分鐘左右，還有地鐵搭乘。如果開車來得提前告知預約車位，畢竟肉眼所見衹有兩個車位而已……

不錯，酒店位置合適，安靜，乾淨。But早餐比較德式，可能中國人不太吃得慣

非常好！超乎預期，房間很舒適，有空調 電視還有膠囊咖啡機，非常不錯，前台態度很好，酒店走廊也很寬敞，下次來還住這家

Mi experiencia durante la única noche que me alojé en el hotel tuvo aspectos positivos, pero también algunos puntos mejorables. El lavabo reformado y adaptado fue un gran acierto, y durante el check-out, aunque la barrera del idioma fue evidente ya que la persona no hablaba inglés, se mostró muy amable. Incluso me ofreció una sala para realizar una reunión telemática y guardarme la maleta, lo cual fue un detalle que aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, el trato durante el check-in dejó que desear. La actitud de la recepcionista fue fría y distante, sin un saludo o despedida, algo que me sorprendió considerando que es mi quinta visita a Frankfurt y nunca antes había vivido un trato tan poco acogedor. Entiendo que el idioma puede ser una barrera, pero no creo que justifique la falta de cordialidad. En general, aunque hubo pequeños detalles como manchas en las paredes y un cojín algo incómodo, valoro las facilidades ofrecidas y los esfuerzos durante el check-out.
