The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the room, we paid for. The front desk is terrible. They do not provide the friendly and polite japanese customer service. They are rude and not friendly. Another stupid thing, either you book the breakfast the night before, or you do not have breakfast. The other stupid thing is that from 23:00 to 6:00 am the hotel is locked and closed so you aren’t able to enter neither get out. Remember during the summer time at 4:30 is totally day light. Rooms are old, not fully maintained and several thing were broken in our room. I do not recommend it
Вид на Фудзи великолепный, от станции добирались на такси туда и обратно . Новые номера , просторно. Есть рёкан с видом на Фудзи, но он в закрытом помещении, через стекло смотреть. Завтрак за отдельную плату и бронировать до 8:00 pm, не пробовали. Ужин тоже нужно бронировать заранее. Но мы ходили пешком в суши ресторан. Не хотелось уезжать.

Very clean hotel. Positioned with an unblocked with to Mt Fuji. Note its view is not via the lake but with forest in the front.
The spa and breakfast are both great.
