Massive room (we booked the 2 x double bedroom) Clean and comfy No lift so has to carry luggage 1 floor up 10 min walk to Oishi park which has great view of Mt Fuji and flower park around Hotel does hav a carpark which is 300 meter away

The location is very very good, just metres away from the viewing point of Mt Fuji. The rooms are clean and the common space is very nice. Unfortunately, the people working there don't necessarily speak English, but they always try to understand your needs. NOTE: There are no lockers in the dorm rooms, so luggage is scattered around the room. The room is quite spacious, but it would be nice to have a better layout for it without bags and luggage all over the floor.

เราเข้าพัก 4 คน ห้องกว้างมากกกกกกกก เป็นเตียง queensize 2 เตียง ด้านบนเหมือนเตียงสองชั้น สามารถปูฟูกได้อีก 4 ที่ มีห้องน้ำในตัว สะอาดมาก กว้างมาก เส้นทาง ลงบัส red line ป้ายสุดท้าย สวนโออิชิ เดินมาด้านขวาจากท่ารถบัส เดินมาประมาณ 100 เมตร เข้าซอยนิดเดียว ทางเข้าดี ไม่เปลี่ยว ช่วงที่ไป พระอาทิตย์ขึ้นตีสี่ สว่างมาก เริ่มทริปไปแต่เช้าเลย บรรยากาศภายในโฮลเทลดี ดูปลอดภัยมากคับ 🏔 ตอนเช้าออกมาเดินเล่นสวนโออิชิ คือใกล้มาก สองร้อยเมตรมั้ง ฟีลดีสุดๆ ชอบมากค่ะ เสียแค่ไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ถ้ามาถึงเย็นมากต้องหิ้วอาหารมาด้วย ตอนเช้ามีขาย Breakfast 1200 yen ถ้าไม่สะดวกก้อแนะนำให้หิ้วมาเลย

This hotel offer great location and proximity to Oishi Park. Just a few minutes to view Mt. Fuji. But since I only stayed here overnight, dont have much to say. The cabin is well suited, large space but less privacy. The night i stayed, the hostel was almost full so little bit cramped in the room area. Other than that, like the kitchen, the public space really conveniet and cozy. If i ever stay around Oishi Park again, i will consider to stay here but may be upgrade to single room.

Loved my stay here — cozy, clean, and super close to Mt. Fuji. The staff were warm and helpful, and the on-site onsen was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Great value for the location and amenities. Would definitely come back!

Super emplacement pour ce qui est de la vue. Par contre après 20h difficile d'aller manger dans les alentours et tous les commerces sont fermés. Alors soit s'organiser en conséquence ou manger directement à l'hostel (jusqu'à 20h30). Belles marches aux alentours et bons personnels ! Je recommande la place à 100%

I made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at 永安 contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund.
