Nice hotel. Room was clean and general public areas well kept. Perhaps the only little complaint is that the curtains in the room tend to let the sun in at the ends. Can be disruptive for sensitive sleepers. However, special mention to Dorothy. Exceptional service always rendered with a smile. She was always on hand to give recommendations. Keen sense for hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Love the spacious and warm hotel room, and the view from our hotel room! I found Fenix West in 永安 and no other platforms, and found it amazingly beautiful and a good deal for the location. We hear that the hotel is more frequently used during winter seasons when guests come by to do snowboarding. Also the reason why the hotel has a storage wardrobe for ski equipments. The room was really spacious with a view of the mountains. I love how spacious the room was, and it is good enough for 2 adult giants. The rooms have balconies too. Because this hotel is catered for winter activities, the hotel room is equipped with 2 heaters; one in the room, one in the toilet - so comfortable and warm. It was pretty cold when we visited in early May but the heating system helped keep us warm all night. I feel like home in this hotel room. No breakfast is provided for our stay but there is a cafe just below the hotel at a reasonable price. The staff at the cafe speak english, and they are very fluent and very friendly! The food were all freshly made and really very yummy. You must have their coffee too. Parking facilities is available on-site too. The disadvantage about this place is that it is very quiet, and the place feels like a quiet town after certain hours due to its low period. Given a chance, I will stay at Fenix West again - no matter what season I visit Furano!

有全套廚房設備，房間乾淨整潔。停車位不太多。附近有一個羅森買點便當三明治當早飯。開車5分鐘有大超市，買了回來簡單處理當晚飯。

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. The room is very spacious and comfortable.  We couldn't figure out how to use the laundry unit, so we didn't use it. Parking could be an issue when it is busy. The sister building is across the street and can use the parking there if the immediate one is full.

Have comfortable stay with this hotel, the mattress, location, amenities etc . All staff are very friendly & helpful also especially the Japanese lady with short hair. If next year I come back to Furano again, for sure I will choose Fenix Furano 😍

超級乾淨，裝修十分新淨及帶有現代和工業風。有多個停車場可供泊車車位十分足夠，酒店架車往富良嘅大街，亦只需10分鐘。

We had a very pleasant stay in Felix West. I had to specially give compliment to the hotel staff and service team. They are very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. Their service and attitude impressed us a lot and that would be the reason for staying at this hotel upon our next visit to Furano. We were a group of 6 and staying at 3-bedroom suite was incredibly nice and comfortable. We had certain privacy by having 3 rooms in the suite and we could also gather in the dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are tidy and neat with amenities. Beds are very comfy and the whole environment was very quiet, so we slept very well. There is also a cafe downstairs. We travelled by car, so quite easy to get to the hotel and there is hotel carpark. If no car, reaching the hotel would be a bit challenging. Overall, we loved and enjoyed a lot our stay in the hotel.
