Hyatt always guarantees quality, clean, service - no surprises. Staff is very attentive. We asked for extra towels on our second day and they were brought to the room within 15 minutes. There was no cleaning offered automatically on the second night of the stay, but it was not necessary for us. You are allowed to requested it if you wish. Street on the north of hotel is undergoing repairs, limiting some restaurant access.

This is was our third stay at the hotel and we will be back. We asked for adjoining rooms on arrival and got them. Very clean as always, perfect bedding with high quality duvet and pillows. The only thing you need to plan ahead is parking. Valet is available for $30 or you can pay $30 / day at close by parking structure, about 3 min walking. Breakfast was available from 6:30am with plenty of warm and cold options. Check in and out were super quick and pleasant. This hotel is our usual stay anytime we visit our Gator student.

Hotel is located in Gainesville old downtown, surrounded by many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is either free at close by parking garage or valet. We used valet for convenience. Bed was surprisingly comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Breakfast offers full range of warm and cold items. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
