Everything was decent. Just wish the outside shower worked to rinse off after beach before we got in pool. And I was really hoping the hot tub worked as it should. It didn’t. Not very warm and blowers did not work. I had to net out the THOUSANDS of ants myself b4 the kids or I could get in it.

This is our go to hotel when we want to take a quick vacation not far from home. Rooms are always clean. Customer service is great. We love swimming in the pool there and going to the beach. We will definitely be back

Everything was fine until the morning of checkout. Then, my foot slipped in the shower and I fell out of the shower backwards between the commode and the tub. The shower curtain semi-broke my fall. I ended up with about an eighteen in scrape across my back. I'm 70, so this kind of thing, though not good for anyone, could be especially hazardous for me. I did an incident report, but no questions were asked, no apologies made. I affirmed that this is a safty hazard they need to correct.

Came to the island for an event. The staff here have done a great job keeping this place as up to quality as possible. Room was spacious, linens were clean, breakfast in the morning was well apportioned, and the staff was great to work with.we will certainly come again next time we are out to the beach in Galveston.

There was a dripping sound that didn't let us sleep. We found a roach crawling in the back of the fridge. My husband moved the fridge, and in surprise, we found more roaches, plus when they clean the rooms they didn't move the fridge we found room keys that didn't belong to us. When we checked out we let the front desks and she roll her eyes at me and said I will let maintenance know. The weird thing is I try to give her the room number and she said I know the room number. I told her that she didn't cause I was not the only guest. Horrible experience.

The hotel itself could use some updating. But let’s be real, when you spend all day out on the beach having fun and getting wore plum slap out, the last thing you’re worried about when coming back to the hotel to clean up and rest are things like paint chips, cracks, lumpy floor, etc. I did find quite a few loose hairs on stuff every time after the cleaning ladies had come, but hey… The same thing happens at McDs (🤢) but this time, I wasn’t trying to eat anything that they cleaned, so all in all… A big thumbs up! Great location, comfy bed, decent price, easy check in, friendly service,
