The hotel is far from MG road and not 600 meters as declared in MakeMy永安. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast item option is limited and frankly speaking not up to the mark. So we opt for outside food other than breakfast. Parking is a major problem as the hotel is inside a small lane. Finding the hotel is also difficult.

I personally feel that the rooms are very shady and the hype of the hotel is not worth it. The staff is good and friendly but the rooms and other facilities are not up to the mark

Room was good but small. No variety in breakfast but ok. Had limited parking space but just ok in respect of Gangtok I guess.

Excellent hospitality is the first thing that comes to my mind. Very attentive staff and great ambiance. In terms of location it's near MG Marg, right in the city, so doesn't have much of a view. Food was excellent. The rooms were luxurious and very cozy. I would highly recommend this property if one is staying with family

First of all this didn’t appear to be a 4 star hotel in any respect. It was dark in the hallways, the room wasn’t clean, there was no cup for tea, the mini fridge was empty, the bathroom slippers were used and not clean, and the food was barely ok at breakfast. I couldn’t have proper sleep because it was cold and the remote of AC didn’t belong to the installed unit according to the attendant. The entrance is from a narrow residential street at the end of a steep downhill slope that you would need to climb back to go to MG Road. The staff however was courteous and helpful.

I found it from Google . food was good. but in amenities it doesn't provide gyser. It has timing for hot water. from 6 to 9 Am and PM you will get hot water otherwise you have to bath in a chill water. I booked for Bath tub but because of not getting hot water i didn't used bath tub.

Location is good. Food and services are also good. I have super deluxe room with view and one deluxe room. There were tea coffee kits and water kettle inside the room and toiletries inside washroom. Room service you can opt for.
