It's a nice hotel near MG marg and gangtok city. We stayed for 2 nights. Manager was very friendly and helped us to shift the luggage to another hotel. Rooms are spacious with all facilities. Dinner and breakfast was yummy. Breakfast spread was less but it was nice. Friendly staff. Overall great experience

Overall it is not 4 star hotel as described in mmt. The facilities are very much limited. Good : food is good, staff is very polite and cooperative. Bad : everyday morning and evening need to contact staff for hot water switch start up. Everyday most of the item in breakfast is same. Limited staff hence expect late service.

Worst hotel in service and food breakfast. Very late response from house keeping. Not sure how this hotel got a 4 star rating. The rooms are very small. The pics and real room are different.

We have booked a stay to just for a night as we were reaching late to gangtok. The service was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were polite.

The property location is not far away from mg market. Rooms were beautiful but small. I had to upgrade my room with extra cost with cash option only for a bigger room. However, room heater provided in all rooms without any extra charges. Food quality was ok not exceptional as i expected but the service was excellent. View from the the dining space on the top was best.
