Stay in Room no 301 from 20.06.2025 to 23.06.2025 was quite satisfactory for me and my family. It's toilet and washroom was clean. Room was big enough. The restaurant was good and rooftop restaurant is amazing. The taste of food eaten was quite satisfactory. Behaviour of reception staff were also well.

It was a really good, the experience, the hospitality. Their service is top-notch, they’ll definitely go extra miles just to provide you a superb experience. Kudos to Mr. Eric and team! Don’t even think twice to book this place!

The stay was mostly good. The staff were quite polite and helpful. The service could get a little better, but over all, it was a good stay.

Best place to stay in gangtok. Rooms are clean and big enough and the behaviour of staff is also good and the rooftop restaurant view is mesmerising.

This stay was my 2nd stay at this beautiful hotel. Hotel room & bathroom was very good & they also maintain hygiene properly. Staff behaviour was also very good & friendly. But only one thing that hotel was located a 15-20 min walking distance from mg market! & hotel restaurant food price was little bit expensive. Overall good experience & good for family or couples.

Parli boutique hotel has been fantastic. Neat tidy rooms, excellent service from the hotel staffs. Very responsive and quick for any room service. I had a thoroughly pleasant experience here, hence would like to recognize each staff as below: 1. Mr. Eric - he is one of the main staff at the hotel manages all. Hes been a fantastic and helpful person to interact with. In an emergency when i had to catch the flight and i was let down by a pure booked taxi, eric helped very quickly and i was put to the right cab driver to reach the airport just on time. 2. Nannu - reception staff. Shes also been very helpful and prompt in her service for any thing i reached out for. 3. Ganashyam was also providing very good room service. 4. Tshewang aron, sushant were food servers who were also very courteous and dedicated in their service. 5. Not to forget last but not least the important part food was very good in this hotel thanks to the dedicated and magical hands of the cooks and kitchen staffs -nitesh, shekhar and pranil. Overall i had a thoroughly happy experience at the hotel which is why i rate it 5/5 stars and i strongly recommend the travellers to choose this hotel in all aspects. It is little away from the real main road off the city gangtok but its not a reason to not choose the hotel ! this hotel suits all kinds of tourists whether solo or family.

Location, not good. It was a pain to reach the main market from the property. Food: tasted good, but timing and portions were not proper. Amenities: apart from size of the room nothing was good. Mattress was poor, gave us back pain. We booked a mountain facing room, but got a room which had a building right in front of the window. Even toiletries were not proper. Service: slow and poor, especially the restaurant. Overall an underwhelming experience, given the price and ratings.

awesome stay with great foods every time. Every one working there are so good to there Guest. Very Clean and Greenery every corner. You can also find some interesting Aquatic Fishes .

The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was very hygienic. The staff was very courteous and kind. The front office manager eric was especially very helpful. He helped with my day plan and cab bookings and guiding me with the city as it was my first visit to gangtok. Food is nice with reasonable prices. Overall given the price it can be label-led as the best mm t property in gangtok, will definitely come again here.
