塔克尚峯會居住酒店及水療中心 (Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa Mg Marg)

This was my second stay at this property. The location is excellent - short distance to MG Marg, New Road, West Point Mall, Star Mall, and the main town area. Equally close to the Orchidarium which is walkable from the property. Enchey Monastery is also walkable if one is comfortable walking uphill or in decent shape. Rooms are large, spacious, and comfortable. The terrace above is a great place to sit and chill, and provides for great views of the valley and the mountains on a clear morning.

Location of the Hotel is good as very close to MG Marg but hence occupied too. Room i.e Family suite room was nice with large space but washroom was little as compared. Floor tiles were making noise while moving. Food quality was good with scope of improvement in service status.

Food was superb and staff is very courteous...Best part is the location of the property. Just down stairs and you are at famous MG Road

The breakfast was not good, and the daily toiletries were not refilled. The initial room allocated was in the basement and was very small and compact.

The rooms were neat and clean. The location is very close to MG Marg. Food is also great in taste and the breakfast spread had decent options.

I had a very bad experience staying here for 2 nights so would highlight my experience - 1.Booked a valley view premium room via mmt and told the reception guys I have email and screenshots as proof but they rudely denied saying those rooms are already occupied so can't help. So don't fall for the pictures mentioned on mmt or other portals because they are a scam. Even mmt guys did not help to resolve when called to explain why is happening. 2. No towels were provided in the room, which I believe is basic in any hotel. We kept following for it with them till 11.pm in the night and they kept telling us all towels have gone to laundry and they don't have any availability which is so much absurd. I called mmt post 10 pm asking why don't they take any responsibility and mmt desk just spoke to reception and told me sorry for the experience and said we will compensate . After multiple rounds to the reception they gave us a towel at 11 in the night. 3. Bedsheets were torn dirty and were not even changed while allocation of room and we again kept following up to get them changed and they gave same answers that all is gone for laundry and they cannot help till they got laundry. That we got late in the night. 4. Water flow is extremely bad in washroom so you cannot take shower but will have to use a bucket instead which is frustrating. 4.Kettle was not clean and was stinking bad. 5. Only positive was rooms were large enough in size and were not smelly.

Room was average , though they gave me parking space for my car but parking is limited to just 3 cars

Our experience was not good . After travelling so much and booking the resort in advance at least we expect it should be clean and ready our check in time was 2pm We reached the Resort at night 10pm and it was not ready they asked to have dinner first when we went for dinner the restaurant asked to wait for half an hour . We didn't want to complain but we were so tired and suggest you to improve your service.

I booked this hotel randomly but it was a great choice.. Just go for it you will not regret it and have fun.
