Kamarnya bersih fasilitas ok..Deket dengan Malioboro..cmn teko pemanas air GK ada...tv jg GK nyala..seharusnya di cek terlebih dahulu sebelum tamu datang...dan untuk kolam renang kurang rekom ... airnya mengandung kaporit yg berlebihan..sehingga sangat tidak nyaman sekali untuk berenang

Harga murah, lokasi strategis sekali, sederhana, staff helpfull.

Tempat nya sangat baik dengan Harga yg bersaing, lokasi juga sangat dekat dengan Malioboro dan pusat kota juga Stasiun Tugu,ditambah Kolam renang yg menjadi nilai plus..menginap ber-4 dengan istri dan 2 anak tidak dikenakan Charge lagi..next jika ada rejeki mampir lagi ke Gloria Amanda Hotel...

Worse place ever, would give it -10 or -50, if possible. But 永安 is worse than the property for selling it and not taking responsibility of the filthy, gross state of everything and the fact that the property lies in their advice. 永安 supports the property that's not meeting the basic standards of everything and that lies to the customer, instead of the customer, who is the damaged one. I booked a non smoking room, as per 永安 description. The whole hotel is fully smoking 24/7 everywhere. So, the hotel and 永安 are lying. My window didn't close, neither locked. Cigarette smoke, mosquitoes, noise, entered through the window the whole night. I didn't sleep at all. In addition, as a solo woman, I didn't feel safe having a window open the whole time while I'm trying to sleep and I hear all men around (in the balcony next to mine, from which you can go to mine, because there's no separation or safe measure or anything). I chose a non smoking room because the cigarette smoke makes me bad and today, of course, I have a sore throat because I was breathing cigarette smoke the whole night. The whole night was noise, cell phones, shouting, and of course everyone is up since 5am or before and shouting as if we all had to get up at 5am. It's a "hotel" for local people only. The worst of all is the lack of cleanliness. Cleaning standards in Indonesia are low, in general. But this surpassed anything I've seen around the world. This place is only for animals. I think even a prison is cleaner. My room hasn't been properly cleaned in years, for sure. Everything was filthy, gross. I lay in bed with my clothes on and on a towel because the sheets were filthy, even with dead insect on it. The room is full of ants, full. I have plenty of pictures and videos. The bathroom can't be show in pics, unfortunately. Such delapidated, filthy thing can't be fully appreciated in pics, only video. It's unbelievable that 永安 doesn't check what they are selling. This place doesn't meet any basic standards of anything. Last time I use 永安. The staff are nice but well...
