Hotel was good. But still need some maintenance. 3times I need change room. 1st room aircond not cool. 2nd room, water heater not working. Third room was ok. Since this hotel was recently only take over by new management, this issue is normal. Other than that all was fine. Receptionist was so polite and friendly. Recommended

Actually, I planned to check in earlier, so I tried calling to get some information. I couldn’t reach them at first, but after some time they replied. They told me there would be a RM50 charge for early check-in, which was okay for me. However, when I arrived at check-in time, they suddenly said it was RM50 per hour. After I showed them our previous conversation, they changed it back to RM50 only, not per hour. It felt like they were trying to overcharge me. On top of that, there was no tissue, no drinking water, and no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. I’m quite disappointed with the overall experience.

The hotel location is ok ! But the maintained is very very not ok ! First time I stay this hotel the air cord not cooling and don’t have the maintained ! Second I stay at this hotel is the water heater , don’t have any hote water , just have cool water ! Waiting the maintained almost is 6 hours! After keep asking just get the answer change room ! I didn’t change any room coz later already ! Hope can improve for the next 永安

Everything is fine if one is not demanding... overall guess we are more concerned about cleanliness esp bedsheets and towels. For these is fine other than noisy air-conditioning. Short stay is alright as said if one if not so particular about this and that...

衞生真的一般，衞生間洗漱台有頭髮，地上還有一衹死蟑螂😢 前台接待處乍一看很高大上，但是辦理速度較慢！ 早餐質量很一般，周圍餐館不多
