檳城標誌性麗晶服務公寓，由標緻酒店管理 (Iconic Regency Service Residences, managed by Iconic Hotel)

跟爸媽一起出行checkin挺方便的 像酒店前台一樣 就有點新 從前台走向電梯口 有一股刷牆的白灰味 進了電梯還是有 到了樓層 是通風的 房間在尾房 我們選的是一廳三房的 想着一人一個房間方便 我住了套房 本來也沒啥吧 到了晚上颳風 我的天啊 就套房有幾扇窗戶 密封做得不好 大風從縫隙穿過產生了對流 跟不牢固的房間門 懸空的窗簾 幾個東西一起發出抖動鬆散的響聲 一整晚都沒睡 我真的謝謝它😑另外一個就是 套房的空調是對着床頭送風的 把臉蛋吹得呀 也是難以形容 再次謝謝它😑 大家有條件還是住酒店吧 畢竟窗戶是密封的

Apartment 1 bilik yang baik sesuai untuk keluarga kecil bersantai.. pelbagai kemudahan guna sama di Tingkat 13 melibatkan kids area, games zone dan mutipurpose room.. Tingkat 42 pula apa kolam, gym dan BBQ area.. Terletak berdekatan dengan Sungai Nibong Terminal Bus dan Sekolah Rendah Sungai Nibong.. ada charter budla disediakan untuk ke Quinnbay Mall setiap sejam (kena tempah awal)..

I had a very pleasant stay at Iconic Regency. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a beautiful view of the sunrise, which made the experience even more enjoyable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The washing machine is only available in the one-bedroom unit, which can be inconvenient, especially since there is no dryer provided. It would be more practical if a dryer were included, as drying clothes indoors is not efficient. In addition, the lift service could be enhanced, as the waiting time was often longer than expected. Overall, Iconic Regency offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and with these adjustments, the guest experience could be significantly improved.

For sure will repeat stay here! We come early(2pm) and we try to ask whether can make an early check in. The receptionist said we can(Thanks to him. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Sabah). He mention all the flow to parking, breakfast and others. Btw there is kiosk for check in too. That time the guard on duty asked us to park beside the lobby(for a while) and do check in. The process is fast! Parking : Level 3-6. Please mention your car plate no during check in for them to key in your plate no in the system so that you no need to make payment for parking. Lift : Please find wall/door mention to Iconic Regency. Tap your card and press your room floor. Breakfast : Breakfast buffet is at Iconic Marjorie Hotel. We need to go to lobby(Floor 1) and find the door that connect to Iconic Marjorie Hotel. Next, use their lift and go to the 2nd floor (Tiffin Lounge). The food was good and delicious! Infinity Pool : Floor 42. open until 10pm. There is kids pool & infinity pool. The view was so amazing. We can see flights , Penang 1st Bridge and 2nd Bridge.

Relatively new hotel.. took the service residences with family.. almost all amenities are up to standard and no regrets. Location was very near to the airport. Only down side is the hotel was located away from shops or places of interest. Having a car was an excellent choice. Hotel breakfast was AWESOME!! The spread was beyond expectations. The sky pool on the 42nd floor was great too!!

I stayed here for work. It was a nice place. Cleanliness: Very clean. Location: Easy to find and near shops. Amenities: Good facilities like gym, pool, and parking. Service: Good, but check-in was a bit slow. I would stay here again!

Checked in at midnight .Stayed here cause of early flight.The Google map bring to middle of flight over and show arrived 😅Called asked for share location,bring to no entry place😇 I drive around for a long time before I found the entrance. All good, just hard to find in unfamiliar places.

มาทริปทำงาน ที่ convention center ห้องพักดีๆมากๆ กว้างใหญ่ เพดานสูง ผนังบางหน่อยได้ยินเสียงภายนอกแต่ไม่ได้ดังจนนอนไม่ได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆครบถ้วน เป็นห้องแบบมี 3 ห้องนอนแยก มี 2 ห้องน้ำ โดยจะแยกอยู่ใน master bedroom ห้องนึง ความสะอาดดีมาก น้ำไหลแรง ข้อเสียนิดนึงคือลิฟรอนานเพราะเป็นตึกสูง 42 ชั้น แต่มีลิฟ 4 ตัว กับเวลากด grab คนขับมักจะไปรอที่ตึกด้านหน้าที่ติดถนนที่เป็นโซน Iconic Marjorie Hotel ตลอด ต้องโทรบอกให้วนเข้ามารับในโซน Residences

Book for a 3 bedrooms (1 night). Has a pleasant stay here. The price is very reasonable. My kids were very excited with the swimming pool (infinity view) located 42th floor, also they feel great and enjoy with the kids playground & the game zones (indoor located at 13th floor). The location also is convenient to the nearby foodcourt (5mins walk) and Queenbay mall (10mins drive). A little drawback is due to higher dense of the apartment, the waiting time for the lift is longer... Definitely will come back again for upcoming staycation.

We are very pleased with our stay at iconic Regency. The residency is newly opened. The facilities are complete. Everything has been made smooth and memorable. Congratulations to iconic Regency.
