錫亞高島山邊度假村 (The hillside resort siargao)

非常好，環境很好

내부 레스토랑을 포함하여 직원분들은 매우 친절하십니다. 위치도 메인 스트립에서 한 골목 들어간 곳이어서 메인 스트립과 적당히 가깝고 클라우드 나인과도 적당히 가까우면서도 조용한 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 다만 분명히 풀(pool) 뷰 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 호텔 입구 바로 옆에 일층 방을 배정받았습니다. 다른 방을 요청했지만 현재 객실이 리노베이션 중이라 남은 방이 그것 밖에 없다는 답변을 들었습니다. 예약한 것과 달랐지만 어쩔 수가 없었습니다. 방은 매우 답답했습니다. 정원 뷰라고 할 만한 지는 모르겠지만 문 앞에 풀이 좀 있긴 했는데, 호텔 입구 길목 바로 옆이고 문이 통유리로 되어 있어서 안이 너무 잘 보여서 내내 커튼을 치고 지내야 해서 매우 답답했습니다. 그리고 시설이 매우 노후 되었습니다. 한 예로 샤워기 같은 경우에 호스에서 물이 줄줄 새서 헤드로는 물이 거의 나오지 않았습니다. 수영장도 예쁘지만 물이 깨끗해 보이지는 않아서 들어가지 읺았습니다. 직원들의 친절함만으로는 커버되지 않는 것들이 많아서 다시 묵을 것 같지는 않습니다.

夜裡很吵，有各種聲音，摩託車的動物的，豪華房要爬很多台階，酒店經理服務態度很差

位置一般，設施一般，豪華房很小、廁所還有一位，兩間豪華房想換一間雙床的villa，在OTA上價格差不多，一開始前台也同意的，後來來了個男性經理，説要付差價，給的差價比房費都貴多了，真可笑

The hotel is located quite in rhe center, 10 min walk from General luna center area. The hotel spot is amazing and well designed from the outside, i really felt in the middle of the jungle with very cozy and chill vibe. But, and a big but!! The interior of the cabins is old and not well maintained . When i arrived to the hotel they told me that they “upgraded” my stay, and put me in a family cabin of 2 floors (not comfortable at all cause the beds are upstairs and the stairs are very stiff). There was an horibble smell of sewers from the shower and the sink, just luck i had my own incense so i put it on every time i took a shower. Moreover, the lightning in the cabin is very poor, and mostly in the bathroom area. During the night i had lots of noices from the roof, like some animal is trying to come inside- which made me worried and get scared of going back to sleep. Also, the cabin is not sealed and i got tones of mosquitoes bites all over my body. Staff is nice but everything takes long time until its done. Overall - the place is very nice and the property itself is located in great spot! With very nice, relaxing and chill vibes. But i wouldnt recommend to stay in this place due to the lack of maintenance.

Poor quality staff (basically zombies) with poor English (this is a tourist spot). The jungle décor and vibe is very nice, but you have coconuts falling from 60m-high on your pathway, bungalows are old and humid, full of mosquitoes or other insects. No chairs because the room too small. The restaurant is always out of everything (the hotel is not in the city center), and as always you wait forever. For 60 euros per night, I don't recommend.

진짜 위치는 어차피 오토바이를 타고 다니기때문에 전혀 문제가 안됐고 직원들의 웃음을 아직도 잊을수가 없습니다 너무 좋은 서비스 청결도 다 너뮤 좋았어요 감사드려요!
