Service war gut Frühstück kam pünktlich an.Uns fehlte nur eine kleine Kühlschrank.Sicherheitsdienst und Reception war freundlich wen wir taxi oder tricykle brauchten riefen sie eine an.Wir waren zufrieden.Fish Restaurant an der Fischhafen und japanese Bunker.

Rooms are clean and there's housekeeper available 24 hours a day in case need fresh towels or toiletries. Staff is very kind and friendly and most speak very good English. Location is great with 3 or 4 malls all within few minutes walking distance along with many other shops and stores. The malls have dozens of restaurants so there's something for everyone. Definitely can recommend staying in this hotel for many reasons

This hotel is mot 5 star, but the service is. They are amazing! i conducts meetings online and it is essential i have strong internet connection. they move me to another room that had a stronger connection and everything went smoothly. SM is waljing distance and the area around the hotel is loaded with food places and 2 banks.

The location is very good being within a short walk from several shopping centers and malls. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very few parking spaces. Shower had a water heater that didn't function. I ordered the breakfast and of the four people in my group, not one was pleased with the meal. Bacon was badly burned. Eggs were asked to be soft yoked and we're fried almost to a crisp. Totally couldn't eat my breakfast.
