我們是訂3人房，空間還可以，三個行李箱放的下，房間內有提供煮水熱水壺，底下公共空間佈置不錯，有微波爐、烤箱，還有跑步機，地理位置交通也便利。

Cuando llegas hay que subir unas escaleras (bastantes) hasta el entresuelo y solo de allí hay ascensor , fue una sorpresa porque tengo la rodilla lesionada y fue incómodo , tb lo sería para gente mayor. La habitación bien, pero no la limpiaron durante por lo menos dos días ya que se nos cayeron unas migas en la habitación y allí seguían día tras día. El baño si lo limpiaban y cambiaron las toallas a diario. El personal de recepción, en concreto Samuel fue muy, muy amable y nos facilitó toda la información que necesitábamos . El hotel está a 3 paradas en tranvía de la estación de tren , y hay que caminar unos 5-10 min desde la parada del tranvía (el trasporte público funciona muy bien en Ginebra ) y a una media hora andando del casco antiguo , o 20 min, en tranvía y caminando.

Accueil satisfaisant cependant la propreté est à revoir (poussière), la chambre est petite, il est difficile de se garer proche de l’hôtel (parking de l’hôtel payant). Les moyens de transport sont proches de l’hôtel.

Clean hotel, nice rooms and the hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It's not in the centre but you can get there in about 20mins in total including the walk to/from the hotel and the bus or tram.

Quite limited selection in buffet breakfast. Hotel room very tight it was a bit hard to move around the room even though we only have two small hand-carry luggage. Handy location to tram to city centre and close to airport (only 18mins bus to airport from hotel).

這家酒店非常差勁，服務態度很差，我們因為飛機引擎出現故障，航班延誤，提前兩天和酒店溝通希望延期一天入住，酒店回覆態度很差，在完全有空房的情況下不給改期，避雷，白*我們一千塊房費。房間很小很垃圾

早餐比較簡單，典型的日內瓦風格，周圍很安靜，休息很好，住了5天，每天打掃很乾凈，出租車太貴了，但是日內瓦不大，免費乘公交車及電車很方便，哪裡都可以去。
