The cost effectiveness is unacceptable. The breakfast service is totally unacceptable ( ie it only provided me a croissant , tea bag and coffee). The air conditioner is almost out of order (loud noise and didn’t cool enough). I must turn it off otherwise, we couldn’t going to sleep. The front desk’s man couldn’t be communicated in English. The b&b ‘s nearby circumstances is poor. The most unacceptable point : we needed to climb a long flight of stairs to enter the B&B. Considering that it is demanding to a pair of 20-year-old couple to go up a long flight of stairs with a bulky luggage. And without any help from the B&B is the mean point. Please this Apps must let us know this “long stair” before we choosing this poor B&B.

因為評論甚少，來增加評論~ 2024／11／12-11／13 ，住一晚（含11／13早餐） 單人房1號房間，體驗很不錯！可參考房間內照片 離火車站近，步行5分鐘內抵達！對火車來遊玩的旅客很方便。Check in櫃枱在二樓，看到招牌上樓櫃枱報到即可。提供房間內部照片參考，2號房間整修中（代表老闆有再整理照顧房子），有熱水壺、冰箱、中央暖氣，也有提供茶包、盥洗用、毛巾品使用！洗澡熱水要稍等（或許是我第一位洗等比較久才變熱） 街道部分明亮，其實Genova都是大街小巷穿梭！就是這個氛圍！不要擔心太多～但也如評論所說可能有非裔難民來此區，還是要多加小心（路邊也看到兩三位警察再盤查）

The location was terrible, there is a lot of noise during the night and it’s not safe to walk near the hotel. After midnight they close the main door and you can’t enter in the hotel. The breakfast was included in the price but you have to leave before 8am they don’t give you it, not even take away. Very bad experience

是一間很乾淨和很新的賓館，說不上是酒店，但是所有環境都很乾淨，性格比高，員工不太懂英文，但是還可以溝通，老闆很好人，而且有膠囊咖啡機，交通與車站非常之近，值得推薦

The location is really convenient for anyone traveling by train, but the only problem is the environment does not look very safe around. But the staff are so nice and patient. Really appreciate their help and guidance for my 永安 in Genova.
