The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

住過最差的Novotel,沒有之一，空間可以接受，服務也熱情，不過毛巾和床單上的污漬好像從來沒有換過一樣，由於我是自駕由南意去南法作為中途休息的，所以位置對我來說是非常方便，近高速出入口。

Met een gezin van vier heerlijk een paar dagen in dit hotel kunnen verblijven. Zwemmen op het dak was ook echt even ontspannen.

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Ils parlent le français c’est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Seul bémol les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours… il y a simplement un nettoyage des chambres sans changement de draps. Bon séjour. À proximité de la ville. Je recommande.

Il servizio è ottimo, la struttura è vicina a centri commerciali, supermercati e a 7 minuti dalle attrazioni come l’acquario e la nave. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ma vogliamo ritornarci ancora per un tempo un po’ più lungo!

제노바 들어와서.고속도로에서 내리자마자 바로 있는 호텔이라 차량으로 이동시 편리한 위치입니다 조식은 심플하지만 먹을만합니다 지하주차장은 여유롭습니다 가성비 좋은 호텔이며 호텔바로옆에 주유소가 있고뒷편에 대형마트 에셀룽가가 있습니다

Terrible experience. a)The hotel is not close to the old city so you will have to find a taxi there and back - getting back is very difficult as there are not many taxis and no Uber/local car services. b) First room had a sticky floor as did the very small pool - the small pool was muddy. FYI the pool is open from 12pm - 8pm - not that convenient. c) First room shower overflowed with sewage from the shower - literal feces… Conplained and was given another room. Planned to go out that night but room change and feeling ill left us with no motivation. d) Sent video of overflowing sewage to manager after complaint and had the good team at 永安 call to negotiate… nothing, zilch and nope the hotel said (they did offer me a free coffee and parking - I don’t have a car). e) Avoid hotel groups like this and or this location!
