Recently opened hotel located within reachable distance to popular places such as Tunjungan Plaza! Excellent service from the staff and decent breakfast as well. During our stay, the pool, gym and some other parts of hotel are still under development so they weren’t usable. Great view from the higher up floor rooms. It is a great hotel overall. However, not a foreigner friendly hotel yet because of the staff’s limited communication ability in English.

Stayed at this hotel and it was a really nice experience. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff were friendly. The location is easy to access too. Overall, a comfortable stay and I’d be happy to come back.

We had a good stay at Grand Whiz Praxis. The views from our room were great but although being on the 18th floor it was very noisy, be it the streets, the neighbours or some workers drilling and hammering at 11:30 pm. Also the rooms was quite illuminated at night from the windows and hallway. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems quite new and is partly still under construction but is not really well maintained as many appliances show signs of usage. Our stay was good but I would probably choose a different hotel the next time.

Hoteel baru jd masih bersih smuaaa , sesuai hargaaa … minusnya cuma berisik banyak orang ngebor tembok smpe malam, mungkin karena masih renovasi, dan agak bau cat baru,. Selebihnya bagussss ..

挺好的，沒毛病，樓下便利店沒有炸雞，但是往前面走一百米還有一家有。對面有個水果蔬菜市場，你可以在路口試一試烤沙嗲牛肉配米飯20K挺好吃的。電梯有點慢，這個也是我吹毛求疵了。

Overall i quite satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, particularly that the staff was very helpful to warm the food that we bought from outside vendors. The only feedback i want to convey, there was cigarette smoke smells in one of the room that we stay which was 2011 . I believe the previous guests was smoking as i saw an ashtray on the table😓and also on the walkway from the lift to the rooms quite polluted. I hope Grand Whiz Praxis can improve to provide the smoke free environment

優點，1，位置蠻不錯的，離市中心算近的。2因為新酒店所以很新，床墊很軟舒服。 缺點，1，雙人房頁面寫的1.2米寬，實際衹有一米。2，熱水很難調節要麼太熱要麼太冷。3，空調中央空調，有冷氣但也不會太冷。 總體是你能接受這些不太滿意的點蠻值得入住的。

Totally understand, this new Hotel, but they really have Problems with their Hygiene. Price is absolutely cheaper for same Hotel on this area, but they really have Problems with their cleaning. They clean up right away, but still you can find some bugs. New Hotel, maybe after they open all facilities will be much better
