房間有些舊 ，但是格局設計還可以 ，用起來還算方便 ，就是部分黃金可能空調不怎麼好用 。服務蠻不錯的 。不像上一家酒店亂收費 在這一家點了一個牛肉湯 60K，上一家同樣的牛肉湯，收了我153K ，真是不可思議！

I thought my expectation lower than the reallity, haha. This hotel have affordable price, strategic location, all the staff very kind and friendly, breakfast menu from local food and general food it was good. I totally recommend this hotel.

Kamarnya bersih, AC nya dingin, pelayanannya ramah. Menu sarapannya banyak variannya dan enak. Pokoknya best lah. Mungkin yang perlu diperbaiki lahan parkirnya yang lebih luas lagi.

My stay at Crown Prince Hotel, Surabaya, was exceptional in every way. The hotel’s prime location made it incredibly convenient, with popular attractions just a short walking distance away. The spacious family room was perfect for a comfortable stay, and the overall experience exceeded expectations with its outstanding service and facilities. Crown Prince Hotel truly offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort.

Basic older hotel popular with local travellers because it's close (10 min walk) to Tunjungan Plaza. Room is tired looking. Old towels. Mattress is old and sunk in when lying on it. Gave me sore back. Requested for mattress changed. But the replacement was soft too. Gym was a small room with a few free weights, a muti function equipmeny, 1 bench + 2 waking machines. The carpet floor probably was vacuumed once upon a time. The corridor carpet is really old dirty and torn at a few spots. Breakfast buffet was so so.
