El hotel tiene unas habitaciones muy grandes, limpias y muy cómodas. La zona de la piscina muy tranquila y el personal muy atento.

I had a wonderful stay at Bumi Surabaya Resort Hotel. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a true resort vibe right in the heart of the city. The view is stunning, the Wi-Fi is super fast, and the food is genuinely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality – every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure! I found nice squirrel to live in the tree nearby

The Hotel have not been up grade since took over from HYATT. The table lamp is not working, chairs are dirty and upholstery are stained. TV is small and limited programs. Corridor carpet is dirty and the lamp shape is chipped. We love the Breakfast - wide selection , great food and serve in outdoor garden setting. 

泗水城市布米酒店地理位置便利，緊鄰主要商業區與購物中心，適合商務及觀光需求，房間裝潢簡約實用，基本設施齊全（空調、Wi-Fi運作正常），床鋪乾淨舒適，浴室水壓充足但略顯陳舊；早餐選擇包含印尼當地特色餐點與西式選項，口味中規中矩，服務人員態度親切且能協助安排交通。

在泗水出差第6天，今天行程較鬆，使用了健身房，健身設備斉全，不知是不是教練，會教你如何正確使用，在跑步機上揮汗的感覺真好。若你是易醒人羣，這酒店的西面及南面房間在凌晨4點準時聽到全城大喇叭唸經的聲音

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

May seemed a little dated at first but it’s really backed by it’s old world charms. The pleasent scent of lemon grass greets you in the lobby with a hint of jasmine. Awesome staffs are always accomodating to your requests however meagre it may be. Rooms are clean and really cozy, depending on your preferences. Would definitely recommend, kudos!

The cleaning must be improved. The linen and pillow cover already yellow not white. I can smell odor and sweat of previous guest, which very bad. The breakfast menu is downgrade compare to my last visist in2018.
