A excepción del personal de la recepción todo el resto merece un 0. El hotel es decadente, sucio, tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran las sábanas, la ventana no cerraba....no sé parece en nada a las fotos. Las fotos son de cuando se inauguró. Me parece una vergüenza que 永安 ofrezca este tipo de hoteles. Yo, por mantener mi reputación, no lo tendría publicado.

Not recommended, the facilities are unclean broken and the hotel just provides the room. Not recommended for solo or even worse couples. Lots of bugs flies and whatnot

Modern and clean hotel. Room not very spacious, but clean and comfortable. Shower very good. Food and drinks available. Staff very helpful. Good location with places walkable. Great value for money.

Kamarnya ternyata kecil bgt, gak ada meja kursi, tv jg cuma analog, so far kebersihan OK, kamar mandi Ok cm kadang ada bau mungkin dr selokannya, ada resto nya jadi bisa delivery ke room

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan harga , saya pesan superior tiba" jadi standart . Waktu saya buka di lain waktu memang benar harga superior . Kualitas makanan buruk , kayak kasih makan anak TK . Next gak pakai 永安 . Com lagi . Dan 1 lagi proses cancel dipersulit . Bikin muak . Harga lebih mahal dari tempat lain . Kapok.

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.
