It's actually not that close to Genting busy area. The onsen is limited time, don't really have much facilities. The parking need to go to another building that required a bit of walk. Room is ok, but view is good. The main door at the dual key units can't really locked, so we have to put chair to block it. Then I guess the office give the same room to others, because got another person holding a access card with same room number trying to go in the unit.

We went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well. Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too. The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.

The location is about 10minute away from Genting resort by car. overall facility is fine with this price. The room is spacious and big and the bed was comfortable. There is also a small kitchen and Overall cleanliness is good as well.

We stayed in a Dual Key Apartment featuring one balcony and access to an open Onsen session. The Onsen was well-maintained and clean during our visit, and we hope they continue to uphold these standards. The room itself was spacious and tidy, providing a comfortable experience overall.

1. When we stored our luggage around 12:30pm, I understand check in time is 3pm and politely asked the front desk if our room was ready. However, the staff replied in a rude tone and said, “You can early check in and pay RM300,” instead of responding nicely. Please train your staff on how to handle common guest requests professionally. 2. Parking is not convenient. For complimentary parking, you need to park at Genting Ion Delemen and walk about 10 minutes to The Yanne. 3. You need to make an appointment to use the open onsen.

- Easy check in and out process, friendly staffs. - onsen was quite disappointing. Temperature is not as stated (too cold) - Rooms are not soundproof, can hear people stomping and running above the unit, shouting from other units in the same floor, people walking and talking at the corridor.

嬿霓温泉酒店是雲頂高原新開的酒店之一，於2021-12-31正式運營。對於選擇火車出行的旅客Batang Kali是最近的選擇，距離大約17km。旅客們會發現冰雪世界、藝·彭亨和Genting Bowl距離酒店都不遠。酒店佔盡地理之宜，Awana Skyway、清水巖廟和雲天纜車離此都很近。
