Bilik kurang bersih . Balkoni kotor . Bau bilik kurang menyenangkan . Checkout kena awal , plg lewat 11 pagi . Kalau tak kena caj . Adil ke mcm tu , sdgkan waktu biasa checkout 12.30 plg lewat

The stay was okay, but cleanliness needs improvement as there were quite a lot of baby cockroaches. Location and service were average, but amenities were decent.

The place is very astounding!😍❤️ We super love the place! The view from our window is astonishing! 😍❤️ The staff are very accommodating and kind. It's very easy to check in and check out! The place is very clean and big. The hotel is covered with fog, it is very beautiful!🌬🍃 There are a lot of food places in the hotel! Grab and bus are very affordable and easy to book in the area. It's one of the best hotels I've experienced! Highly recommended, and I will come book for sure! Thank you soooo much, Maple Homes, and to the staff! 🥰🙏🙌❤️🇲🇾🇵🇭

totally not accept all service. No towel no water. Bed black mark. Staff not getting. Last hotel lift very slow. Corridors is very datry. Checking time i see corridor have slippers not clean. And bathroom light problem not working. I relly relly not happy.

Overall okay… The location is good, with a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The room is clean and equipped with basic household amenities. The only downside is the water heater — the hot water tends to run low, especially when many people are using it for showers.

Cool. Simple but also great in their own way. Car parking, need to go into hotel parking. Complimentary parking, if you scan your TNG card 20 mins before you go out. Love to come back again

1. Nak ambil kunci dalam myvi hitam macam kelakar sikit. Kena cari tingkat 3 dan cari kereta myvi utk check in. 2. Parking ada disediakan tetapi kena bayar ikt jam dan tidak ditanggung oleh pihak hotel. Sepatutnya bagi la free parking 3. Nak ke bilik agak mencabar kena naik tingkat 7, kemudian kena jalan ke seberang untuk cari tower yang diberikan kemudian naik lift ke bilik 4. Tempat sangat best kerana berada di puncak dan view cantik 5. Keadaan bilik ok la agak bersih tak ada yang tak menyenangkan 6. Tandas pun luas, tetapi sinki dia tersumbat. Air turun perlahan. 7. Kemudahan y ada chiller, kettle, hair dryer, iron di dalam bilik

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel . It's surprisingly good. Though I had to check in at the car park , it was a breeze. I'm very pleased with the room, it's clean, the view was spectacular. There's a shuttle bus service to the genting highlands first world hotel, though you have to pay 7 ringgit for 1 永安, and make sure you make your booking in advance. I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy the fresh air and avoid the crowd of the first world hotel.

Far from First World but we can Grab around… The check-in car park… very bad hearted boss/management as the place is dimly lit… at least make a small caravan with power cable connected…!!! Exploit workers!!! Malaysia boleh!!! Toilet no tooth bush(at least provide one lah… no tissue box… no bottled drinks… how much it can cost??? Other hotel at least provide bottled water and have proper check-in counters… I will as much as possible… skip this establishment where possible…as they exploit their workers…!!!! One more thing… they intentionally provide damage card holders… so if we unknowingly drop the card which happens to me… we will be penalised…

AVOID AT ALL COST. If you are reading this, take note that this is a scammy listing. This is NOT THE HOTEL ITSELF, it is actually some kind of illegally self run establishment, whereby it took me 1 hour 15 minutes to locate their parking, went to the hotel lobby, and get told that the booking is not in the system. Turn out they are just illegally running this "hotel" in a carpark (took me another 20minutes going through crowded lifts through 3 buildings which are messy on it's own) and in the end I have to get the key from a hidden corner in a dark parking, almost make me feel like I'm part of some drug dealing syndicate. In addition, they ask for an exorbitant high deposit of RM 200. Do take note that the charges of the room is actually same price as the official hotel by Grand Ion Delemen. Their room is not well maintained also. The bedsheet cover is dirty and old, everything is run down, and the water heater is the worst I've seen. They are using some cheap water boiler tank, where it requires 30 minutes to boil the water for a hot water supply of less than 10 minutes. I reached hotel at 7pm, successfully get into my room at 8.30pm, and by the time my families have showered (3 of us) it's already 10pm. The whole night is wasted just like that and ruined our original plan. Oh also did I tell you? Car park is RM 20 per day. If you go to the official Grand Ion Delemen, the parking is waivable, but not this scammy listing. The whole experience is terrible. Nothing good out of it. I'll be reporting this to MOTAC Malaysia. Can't believe this thing is happening.
