Regardless of cleanless , room has no sandal or alternating choice, tooth brush. They don’t provide water bottles, there are water dispenser in room, but of course i didn’t use because room is not clean , so i dont know if the dispenser is clean or no. Window in bathroom is open all time and cannot be closed. I stayed 2 nights and killed more than 10 mosquitoes in the room and I’m sure there are alot more hidden. They do have only one employee per duty. Other employees can assist through whatsapp only. The room has ruined our full enjoyment experience.

I've booked King bed and single but result with king size bed combine is called King Bed 😪😴😩 And the single bed is just a normal devan box bedframe. Pic show and the actual physical is not the same.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent service and great location. Will definitely come back again. I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and Very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and good service. 地點距離雲頂遊樂場大約5km，車程10-15分鐘，樓下已有應有的配套，取鎖匙過程亦比兩年前方便快捷，玩了一天雲頂，這裏確實是一個不錯的選擇。留下已有幾間餐廳，亦有暖水室內有水池，有個室外兒童公園。美中不足是，隔音比較差，不過勝在乾淨衞生。下次亦會再選擇這裏。

Pemandangan dari apartemennya bagus, cek in juga gampang, ada shuttle juga untuk ke gentingnya biarpun bayar lagi 😄, mantap lah 👍

The view in the evening and at night is great. The room is a bit noisy because the sound of the chairs upstairs being dragged is really uncomfortable

It’s not convenient at all, need to walk across tower to tower to get to your room. We prefer stay at hotel. 1. Futon bed provided but it’s not clean & at least should provide bed sheet 2. Aircond was not functioning well, not cold at all 3. Rubbish from previous stay was not discard, 3pm only check in what they do for housekeeping 4. Basin was stuck

My stay at Genting Foggycold staycation was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location too. Highly recommend it – I was very satisfied!

Floor 20. The bed was huge, and the room was middle size. Unfortunately, there wasn't any single bottle of water. The view is fantastic. However, the windows were too dirty. The bathroom is quite spacious, but the lights were poor. The blankets and the towels weren't clean enough. There was some dust here and there. In general, the room is OK for one or two nights because of the location and shops nearby.
