This is my second time staying at this B&B. The first experience was good, but unfortunately this time the experience was very bad. We booked a 92-square-meter room with a king-size room and a twin-bedroom, but were given a smaller room with two queen-size rooms. Host kept saying the room type was correct until I showed my check-in voucher before agreeing to change. When we returned to the B&B at 11 p.m., we found all the sheets dusty and the floor sticky. Mostly bedsheets were stained with stains and blood. Even more frightening, the towels (bath and floor）were black and some are torn. After I complained, they sent someone to replace the sheets and bath supplie. We didn't get to sleep until 1 am. The access to the parking floor is a complete maze. We spent two days there and were almost always lost. It was a huge waste of time and energy.

The room is perfect for couples, clean very good maintenance, the staff also very helpful and can solve the wifi connection promble immediately, the view also nice and beautiful, even the room level is 13 also super cool. Only the plug is not fix well it's dangerous, and the bathroom floor a bit dirty, need to wash more clean otherwise all perfect.. will come back again.

Room is clean and good. Can see morning sun from balcony but too bad it was blocked by the clouds. Corridor got a moldy smell. Indoor swimming pool water is not warm enough. Gym is good, equipped with more than 10 equipment.

Read a few bad comments before booking but we thought only for one night so we're not dive into it too much. To our suprise, it was actually a very good experience for us. Although the view from the room isnt that much but the utilities provided, the cleanliness and amenities were suprisingly good and enough. And the agent was also so attentive as he/ she replied our text very fast. And if you guys wanted to catch sunrise, i highly recommend this hotel bcs of the strategic location. you can drive a little down the road to watch sunrise from the hotel. A lot of people there, too. Overall, would repeat booking here if i come back.

The hotel is actually located at back of the Genting Highlands resorts. U need to pass thru all the Genting hotels, malls, theme parks; and drive thru a section of hill road to reach to the hotel, about 10 mins drive. The hotel does provide shuttle bus service but with a charging fee each ride. If u r driving urself, it’s quite dangerous especially at night time or during rainy weather. Room condition is ok however my shower area water is flooded and stagnant, flow out quite slow. Facility floor swimming pool has a heavy smell. If u r checking out early, do rmb to tell the staff in advance as they are not full time stationed at the key collection point. The hotel is not as new and clean as advertised. The building is quite old and there are rooms for improvement for the maintenance. Good thing is parking is free. Overall the stay is average.

地理位置不錯，就是來回的路上挺暗的，而且小路也很蜿蜒，開車要小心，設施很齊全，下樓啥都有，就是價錢～嗯，旅遊區的價格😂

Overall good experience staying here. Only bad was smells bad at kitchen. View was very good from balcony. Another suggestion bedroom could have been provided with door from living room.
