文冬温德姆九霄明軒雲海酒店 (Wyndham Ion Majestic - Bentong)

房間蠻大的 但是廁所真的有下水道味 雖説是新的酒店5星級 但是廁所感覺舊舊的 衞生也不行。 床倒是挺舒服的 陽台沒有椅子 然後五星級酒店連個一次性拖鞋也沒有 天氣的原因赤腳走在地上冰冰的。 酒店工作人員沒怎麼親切 都不打招呼 櫃枱服務很慢 也沒有笑容。 但是總的來説 200多一晚的價格 也算是性價比了 去skyavenue有shuttle bus, 但是收費一人6元 我覺得價格偏高。在酒店吃了火鍋buffet一人188， 沒吃到什麼，給的料都是冷凍的 選擇還少。 之後我覺得直接住first world更方便。 如果要房間空間大 可以看風景 這裏還是不錯的。 下次應該不會入住了。

酒店房間比較小，因為有太多建築物擋住視野，看不到優美的風景。由於入住期間是公共假期，住客特別多。要從房間層樓過去Hard Rock Cafe , 跟着指示牌卻過不去，唯有到Level G，從那裡過去才能。有些電梯要到停車場，告示牌也沒有註明，進入電梯才發現不能到達停車場的層樓，又要出去再乘其他的電梯，這點也很不好。

Hotel is out of location, too far from the main attraction of Genting Highland. Should provide free shuttles to main attraction. Hotel is new but things are not properly fixed. Need improvement.

Wyndham Ion Majestic is a clean hotel. Booked a two bedroom for my family. Upon entering, floor was clean, beds were well made. Water was also provided. The view of my room was not facing the mountains, could have requested for it. Will probably do it in my next 永安. Before choosing this hotel, there were many feedback about the toilet smell. It is true, but still bearable. Quite obvious when brushing teeth or rather whether using the toilet. Other than that, can just close the toilet door and bring some air freshener to cover the smell. Driving from hotel to Genting around 10minutes. Petrol kiosk nearby. Parking and lift is shared between Majestic Ion and 1001 Nights.

Modern hotel with stunning mountain views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Facilities like the pool and gym are new and enjoyable. However, some minor issues such as room odors, long lift waits, and average breakfast quality hold it back from being a full 5-star experience. Overall, a comfortable and scenic stay — great for a short getaway, just don’t expect perfection yet.

First-time overnight stay at GH. The location is perfect, offering superb views overlooking the mountains and RW. However, a few things could be improved. The room had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to humidity. The food selection was also quite limited compared to other hotels. Overall rating: 3/5.

The room itself was fine and comfortable, but what really stood out was the hospitality from the housekeeper, receptionist, and overall staff were wonderful, making the atmosphere very welcoming. I also enjoyed Hoverland and Hangout; special thanks to Bro Kecik for guiding me around and taking really good photos. On the downside, the swimming pool was closed due to broken glass, which was disappointing. I had to walk to Ion Delemen for more food variety. Prices overall are on the higher side, so it’s worth planning and budgeting carefully. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and enjoyable activities, though the facilities and food options (and price) could be improved.

Nice location, nice view from balcony during sunset and sunrise...room is big, many variety of breakfast and looks very tempting...the hotel is build together with Hard Rock Genting which is located on the 50th floor. however, only 1 things i dont like, during check in my room have bad smeels even bell boy said the same as me. i call room service to ask someone come and spray some perfume. the smell ok after the perfume spray. i left for dinner in the afternoon then come back to my room afterward. guess what..the bad smell come back plus now the smell become more strong..i call again room service to handle..it is late to request change room...the housekeeping again coming with some toilet spray and some soap..after he clean properly the smell gone...i hope the housekeeping shall maintain the cleanliness of the room..my room is 1-36-05...overall i enjoy my stays and will come again in future

Awesome! This hotel was very big, clean, customer service also helpful. The best about this hotel together with Hard Rock Cafe. And the view is awesome! Unfortunately, when I’m check in, Infinity Pool Level 13 is closed due to doorglass was broken. Overall was okay.

The best thing of this hotel is nice scenery as the room was facing first world hotel. But, there are still lots to be improved. First and most importantly is the services. My room utility louver door at corridor was opened during midnight around 3:30am (refer photo 7 & 8) due to strong wind and heavy rain. The door caused "bang" sound when waked me up and it was so scary to hear "bang" sound in midnight. I called customer service but nobody came after 20 minutes. Then, I go out to corridor to lock the louver door but the door opened again after a while due to strong wind and loose lock fitting.. I called customer service again but this round intercom line got issue and end up I called using my own HP.. customer service claimed they have resolved "bang" sound issue by locking the louver door of other rooms.. but I am the one who made the complaint! Finally one house keeping came but he fix the intercom line first but not the Louvre door... Anyway, is really unpleasant to be disturbed by "bang" sound in midnight and disappointed with the customer service. Again, not only my room louver room with lockset problem as I could hear other rooms' bang sound also. I suggest the management shall check and fix all the rooms' corridor louver door lock set problem to prevent this issue from happening again. One more item can be enhanced is to improve the bathroom heater as the heater is not working and water is cold.
