If you stay quick and go , one eye close ok. WiFi couldn’t connect at all. Data signal in room not good. Due to high altitude, mould and condense sticky floor is normal. Sink water flow not good, clog in somewhere , takes few minutes to flow out. If you are highly hygiene sensitive, not recommended.

Hotel is clean and nice. The two areas need improvement related to extremely confusing location and no sign board: 1. Hotel name is different from Yume Dream. No signboard to Yume Dream. Have to ask guard and go round the area 2. Hotel is located at one building, checking-in in another building and parking in another building again. OMG!

First of all, the Indian guy at the front desk was not friendly. On the contrary, the room was very dirty, and there were small cockroaches in the toilet and sink. Moreover! When turning on the air conditioner, the air conditioner made a noise that lasted all night and it was very hot! Also, the hotel's wifi and phone seemed to be a decoration 😓 and could not be used. If there was anything urgent, I couldn't contact the front desk at all. In short, I won't come again. Check-in and the car paking fee waive were also very troublesome. I had to run to three buildings make wasting time.

The location quite strategic, 5-10minutes driving from first world genting. How ever, for my stay, i think the water heater got problem. I shower with very cold water day and night even i’m not switch off the water heater suis. Another thing is our airconditioner remote bettry was finish. We cannot control the temperature that time. Overall the room was nice view and comfort.

假期價錢不貴 有熱水洗澡 房間有洗漱用品 沐浴液牙刷牙膏 梳子 潤膚乳 還有兩瓶免費礦泉水 房間還有燒水壺 在山頂 人間仙境了

地理位置當然不及住first world，我跟老公是很滿意的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我上網查了是2024年11月30號才開幕的，目前才11個月多，衞生必須在加強，不然久了就好可惜。13樓gym room 與游泳池開放而已，工作人員説衹有這兩個開放，其他的還沒好。游泳池很吸引人，可惜沒給孩子帶游泳衣，櫃枱有出售可是我沒問價錢。全台工作人員跟保安都很友善👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 🈶剛好上星期住在Wyndham KLCC 4晚，所以很明顯有對比，所以我給衞生4⭐。

入住時不知道什麼原因辦理了半個多小時，一進去房間發現兩張床都是臟的，但是我太累了，沒有找他們更換，第二天起來才發現洗漱間都是灰好像很久沒人住過一樣，沐浴露洗髮水這些是沒有提供的，給新人建議想去雲頂**的就住附近，不要像我一樣跑來這邊住，來回打車也要等接單很久！

這家酒店是我入住馬來西亞最具性價比的酒店，給我免費升級了五星級酒店的房間，我特別滿意，酒店的床上用品也非常的好，床墊睡着特別舒服，酒店有專門的巴士接送客人去雲頂，一個小時一趟，住這裏還是挺方便的，下次我來雲頂玩還會繼續入住這家酒店

Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try. I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with 永安, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens. Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅 Overall, 5 out of 5 still.
