1. Book 7 Nov 的住宿，11 Nov 才收到詳細的 check in email。 2. 通過永安 chat 問 check in info，結果給錯 check in location，當天入住 call，只是回應一句那個是 auto reply。 3. 清潔度 - 床：ok - 馬桶：有青苔 - 其他：有灰塵 4. 地點偏遠和偏僻。 5. 住宿地點有很多個 tower，很混亂，吃時間，很累。 6. Lift 很慢。 7. 客服：態度和服務有很大的進步空間。

The room provided was not the same as shown in the pictures and appeared quite run-down. Housekeeping needs serious improvement—upon entering, I found a used shower cap left under the cabinet, which was very off-putting. The check-in process was also quite inconvenient. You have to check in at Tower 2, then proceed to Tower 7 for parking, which made the whole procedure feel disorganized and messy However, if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay and can overlook some of these issues, it might still be worth considering.

Dapat free upgrade to level 28. Cuma nak ambil kunci. Parking dan ke bilik tu bertukar2 tower. Mcm amazing race 😂 mungkin lepasni kena inform awal cara nya mcmana. Sgt confusing. Nk return kunci pun sampai sesat keluar ikut tower bridge. Sebab kalau terus keluar parking , nanti kena bayar full parking . Jika sblm keluar dah return kunci, boleh swipe kad tng tu dpt free je parking. Katil semua empuk best!

離開**太遠，吃東西不方便，但環境很好，清凈。可以考慮半小時一班車去**。房間很好，清潔。很難叫Grab

I booked Sky Retreat from 永安 and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel and was placed in Block 7, Level 17. The condition of the room was appalling—extremely dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom, a persistent bad smell, a leaking sink, and a non-functioning air conditioner. It was completely unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the second night due to these issues, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request. Despite that, I decided to check out early and moved to another hotel. Thankfully, 永安 offered some compensation in the form of 永安 Coins, but the damage was already done. This experience ruined our holiday and was incredibly disappointing for my entire family.

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

To be upgraded to Wyndham Ion majestic instead of what I had booked for. The room is spacious, have a balcony, just the problem is the bathroom door can't open from inside, must someone open from outside once close it. Overall is good, if you are want to relax only very suggest this place.

Not sure whether it was a standard practice but I ended up staying at Grand Ion Majestic which was awesome. Only downside was I had to grab to First World Hotel back and forth whenever I wanted to venture out. Shuttle bus was provided but it is normally full unless I remembered to reserve earlier. Overall the stay was awesome, view was awesome, facilities were awesome 💯💯

The reception counter is a bit hard to find. You need to take the elevator from the shop area to the 7th floor (you will see a pool and a playground). After that, walk across a bridge-like path towards Tower 3. You will see tower 3 elevator—take it down to the G floor, and the reception counter will be on that level. In short, reception counter at the G floor of Tower 3.
