1001夜酒店 (1001 Nights Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham)

三星水平，是個酒店公寓，房間難找，走道里充斥着剛裝修完的味道，裝修的水平按安置房標準來想象，衞生間水流不暢。去的時候外面温度是15度，凍的要死，房間裏竟然開着17度的空調，進去冷的要死，估計開空調的原因是為了散味。

非常不錯的體驗 觸手可及的雲霧 出行方便 樓下也有711 前台服務表達也清晰，停車免費退房時候輸入以下車牌號即可。

設備新穎，新大樓，乾淨，可惜還有些新裝潢的味道。 風景優美，泳池也很多池，適合全家大小。 唯一缺點就是離雲頂比較遠一點，車程十分鐘，接駁車要7RM

Stayed for 3 nights in twin room and had a great stay overall. Parking was free which is great, but you have to remember to validate your car on every exit. Rooms were big and spacious. Good quality TV, comfy beds. Good amenities in toilets but NO laundry service. Hotel amenities were excellent. Beautiful pool, late night bar and convenient store. Driving there at night with fog can be dangerous as there is little to no visibility and no street lights.

Overall nice experience stay in this hotel. However room number sign might be get confusing and, electricity disruption but quickly solved. If you are driving advise able back early find car park and need to be check out early to avoid long waiting at the lift.

The best thing about this hotel is the price. RM200 for a king bed on a public holiday felt like a steal. Driving in from SkyAvenue, the road was dark, but the brightly lit parking area gave us high hopes. Check-in via the self-service kiosk was smooth, though finding our room was confusing due to the odd 5-digit numbering. Thankfully, the concierge guided us. First impression of the room: it matched the promo photos. But our excitement ended quickly. The door wouldn’t lock properly and kept beeping. A technician came, hammered the strike plate, and fixed it—hardly reassuring for security. Next came the bathroom. Many reviews mentioned a bad construction smell, and they were right. The shower drained poorly, leaving a strong concrete odor as water pooled. The kitchen looked impressive with plenty of cabinets, but surprisingly had no power sockets near the counter. I had to boil water at the desk instead. The TV was another letdown. Supposedly “smart,” it had no internet or channels. I tried everything—resetting, power cycling—but there was no Wi-Fi option at all. So much for Netflix night. Design-wise, the room looked sleek at first glance, but flaws showed up everywhere: paint splatters in the bathroom, noisy metal racks, and tile flooring that picked up every footprint. The next morning, the sunrise over Genting Highlands was breathtaking—arguably the highlight of our stay. Exploring the hotel, we found most shops, including Hard Rock Café and the rooftop, closed with no operating hours posted. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and kids’ zone were open but overcrowded due to the holiday. We skipped breakfast as it wasn’t included. Checkout was quick and smooth. Looking back, the real problem isn’t management, but poor construction quality that doesn’t reflect in typical rating categories like cleanliness, service, or location. The place looks good on the surface, but corners were clearly cut in development. I really wanted to love this hotel—the concept, location, and price are great. But unless management addresses these quality issues, the high ratings are misleading.

Have to leave the room earlier if you want to stay here. There’s 8 lifts (3 not working) but we waited more than an hour and decided to walk down from 34 floor to G floor. Please improve it. Btw, one of the room we stayed wall crack and water leak in when heavy rain.

The Worst “5-Star” Hotel – 1001 Nights Genting This is hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. I was traveling with small kids and booked this place thinking it’s a 5-star. What a joke. Arrival: No bell boy, no help unloading luggage. Already a red flag. Room 22704: No electricity at all, even after putting in the room card. The door scanner was broken and literally dropped off. Tried calling the operator and front desk more than 10 times each – no one bothered to answer. My child was crying in the dark. After endless frustration, someone finally came to move the luggage after we complained and manage to change the room Then it got worse. Room 22805: No hot water, clogged drainage, and the same useless phone system. Called 5 times – again zero response. We couldn’t even shower and had no choice but to sleep overnight in this mess. This dump charges RM500 per night but delivers 0% service. No customer service (phones don’t work), no accountability, not even basic maintenance. Their phones are just for decoration. As if that wasn’t enough: Lift nightmare: It took more than 45 minutes just to get a lift down to the car park. I had to send my wife ahead, squeezing into a packed lift just to check out early, while I was stuck waiting with luggage. She had validated the car plate number 20 minutes earlier. Car park issue.: At exit, the system charged us RM37.04 for parking even though they claim it’s complimentary for guests. Pressed the intercom for help – no one answered (again, no customer service). In the end, we had no choice but to pay with Touch ’n Go. This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It’s just a building with a fancy name. Save your money, your holiday, and your sanity – do not stay here. It will ruin your 永安. You make your own judgment if you still want to book it. ---

Still strong renovation smell, breathing is difficult. Room abit dusty. Sound proof is very bad. Can hear ppl wearing high heels walking and children making noise along the walkway when they pass by. Renovation start at 8-9am, can’t sleep well… The good thing is the view.

Pretty good hotel. It still smells pretty new some people complained about it but I don’t mind it. Good amenities and basic needs are all provided. Can get pretty chilly. I think it’s worth a try especially if you have kids and you can bring them to the pool.
