Not the best hotel experience ive had. Its very difficult to navigate to the receptionist area from the car park. Less signboard make it much harder to find the check in counter. Even though the check in process is smooth, but in overall staying here is one of the bad decission that i have made. Room quality is decent but the electronic door lock makes my blood boil. Its so hard to unlock the doors. Wifi signal is weak and my Maxis internet coverage also very weak. The “hotel” technician who came to help also could not login my phone to the room wifi and just using the nearby units wifi to log me in. Breakfast is disaster. Everything was cold and served unprofesionally by the buffet staff. We end up having breakfast at the another place.

Very nice apartment type of hotel. Buffet breakfast also delicious with many choices. Mountain View is just superb and it is a good memory for the first visitors to Genting Highland.
