安塔拉雲頂-哈文頓公館 (Antara Genting by Harvinton Mansion)

Staff quite friendly and explained in detail, but the cleanliness in hotel room dissatisfied,found trimmed nails in the bed, feel disgusted. The jacuzzi not easy to set up,different technician had different explanation l, make us not have enought time to use it. Breakfast provided need long queue and long waiting time.

Hotel buffet seems simple but the taste is good. The receptionists are not flexible enough, only allowing guests. To check in at 2:30pm onwards where there already is room available. Please expect the long queue in cold weather on weekends to check in. Please take note that the parking per day RM15 and per entry

First time stay in Antara Genting host by Harvinton Mansion.. The building is tall and huge on the mountains.. is a new landmark building at Genting . We booked a 3 rooms unit, it come with most of the amenities such as water filter machine for you to have a clean drinking water .. the living room also equipped with air purifier with warm air function.. it help to warm up the living room when you stay in the cool environment.. 1 King bed and 2 queen bed was comfortable.. The cleanliness of the unit make our stay have a wonderful experience . We have a fast check in at the lobby Reception Counter ..you can have a meal with your family at the F&B outlet inside the Antara Mall .. You can also walk to Sky Avenue Genting through the link bridge at Antara Mall at level 3 if you prefer more shopping outlet. Overall, we have a good experience for our family vacation at Antara Genting host by Harvinton Mansion. Thank you.

Overall is good. Except 2 things: 1. Slow check in process causing long waiting queue and seeing ppl argue bcos of some misunderstanding of cutting queue. 2. One of the water heater is not functioning. So 6 person have to wait for turn to use one bathroom to bath.

設施完善，如果Antara mall後續都開始營業的話肯定會更加熱門的住宿

LOCATION - The hotel is quite a distance to sky avenue, however there is a bridge link to sky avenue, the walking takes around 15-20mins. The bridge has total 6 escalators. The 1st night was TERRIBLE, there are 4 of the escalators NOT WORKING. i saw many ppl exhausted from walking especially whose who bring stroller. You can book in advance to get a ride to first world. FOOD - Hotel breakfast is outsourced, NOT under hotel management. The food is delicious, but the area is really bad. They doesnt have a proper room for breakfast, you will get cold & windy outside while you take the food. INDOOR POOL - Thy write heated pool but i dont feel any heat at all, i only feel 20% of heat. 1st night, the mcb has 永安ped, the light is off, heater is off too. Have to called the management to help. INCONSIDERATE NEIGHBOUR - 1st night, i caught a neighbours SMOKING at the hotel room corridor, complainted. 2nd night, another neighbours with 15ppls in 1 room, open their door having party & TALKING very loud during 11pm late at night. i can hear their voices clearly. Their bahavior was completely inconsiderate.

全新的酒店，非常乾淨舒適，空氣清新涼爽，多間房，很適閤家庭聚會，免費早餐好吃又豐富，酒店設施齊全，樓下有店鋪，很多餐館，還在裝修，很喜歡這裏！

房間通風設施不足，尤其是洗手間沒有抽風系統或排氣扇；主人房淋浴間花灑沒有熱水，（估計沒有連結熱水管），但浴缸裏的淋浴花灑是有熱水的；客廳沒有足夠的電源插座；整個房間沒有USB或C口可供充電；
