康樂福酒店 (Resorts World Genting - Crockfords)

房間很新很大很舒適，服務和配套設施都很好，窗外的景觀太棒了，完全是山水畫，不愧是雲頂最好的酒店。明年帶女兒來還住這裏。

完美的酒店房間光猛設施漂亮，房間有兩盞吊燈非常漂亮管家式服務房間床褥非常好，早餐美味，去雲頂**和樂園非常快捷，職員有禮貌

I stayed at Crockfords Hotel Genting in early October 2025 and was genuinely disappointed by the level of service — especially for a hotel that claims to be Malaysia’s leading luxury property. On 3 October, I approached the concierge Duty Manager around 9:40am regarding the hotel Wi-Fi, which kept showing an “invalid credentials” error. Instead of taking the initiative to verify the problem — which turned out to be something as simple as incorrect login details given at check-in — he insisted that the IT team would need to come into my room to fix it. Later in the day, another staff member resolved the issue within minutes by simply checking the credentials. It’s baffling how the Duty Manager couldn’t do something that basic. Throughout my stay, I also noticed that many of the staff seemed lost and unsure of how to handle simple situations — almost like the blind leading the blind. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication among them. The breakfast experience was another major letdown. I had breakfast there for three consecutive days, and throughout, the food was never hot — the noodles in soup were the only consistently warm item served. To make matters worse, the staff did not communicate properly among themselves. On one morning, we were told to wait while a table by the window was being cleared for us. After waiting a good five minutes, another group of guests was allowed to take the exact table we were waiting for. The explanation given was simply that “the other guests wanted the table.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre. The only saving grace was the Duty Manager working on 5 Oct and overseeing the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, proactive, and took the initiative to check if guests needed drinks or assistance. His professionalism truly stood out amidst the confusion elsewhere. For a hotel that boasts winning the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Award seven years in a row, this experience was frankly a joke. The gap between Crockfords’ reputation and its actual service standards is staggering. Truly disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel. PS: At least the view was great.

這次的入住太開心了。首先是前台的小姑娘和一個帥小夥，服務態度非常滿意。其次不愧是雲頂最奢華的酒店，非常棒

櫃台人員服務非常親切有禮貌，迅速為客戶安排入住以及退房的服務！ 打掃人員清理房間，動作快速又貼心！ 整間酒店員工都會主動打招呼，非常讓人入住有温暖！

酒店的位置很好，離雲頂娛樂城很近。去**逛街吃東西都很方便。房間也很贊，面積挺大的，外面是小客廳，落地窗可以看到雲霧繚繞。

酒店環境不錯，看着山景，房間設施較新，送的小熊很可愛，樓下吃喝玩樂方便，但是衞生一般，被子有大塊血跡，透着床單都看到，床上還有毛髮，衹能大晚上讓酒店工作人員上來換新的，建議入住時仔細檢查或自帶一次性床單

Room with luxuriuous decor and amazing view of Genting Highlands. Bed and pillows are very comfy. Various welcome gifts during stay. Shower room with sauna function. The marble flooring and wall for the bathroom enhance the elegence of the room. Toiletries and bath amenitiea are well stocked. It was unfortunate the swimming pool was under renovation. Breakfast was ala carte and taste mediocre. The service was underexpectation for a high end hotel. No welcome drink. Not inform of breakfast location or available amenities. Probably because of my late check-in. My room was seconds last unit and rather far from the lift lobby. Overall, still highly recommended to stay when at Genting mountaintop.

Walking to the hotel every single time from Sky Avenue, we are reminded that Crockfords Genting is a 7 time Forbes 5 Star winner at the walkway, yet it falls below expectations for our recent visit.  Driveway and lobbies were filled with humn mannequins and their unfriendly face. Instead of being walked up to like every fine hotel, we had to seek and find. Despite the poor service however, the room is still exquisite and decor on point, however it is showing its age.  Breakfast was unfortunately unforgivably terrible, save the carbs and go to Skyworld for dimsum or something.  An unfortunate visit which we have to say we find it hard to return to.

酒店非常感受不好，非給我吸煙房，還讓我中途更換房間，但永安這次的售後服務真的太超出我的預期了，也更加深刻的體會了永安負責任愛護客戶的精神，也證明瞭我一直全部出行衹選擇永安是非常明智的，不因為少部分差價去訂購其他平台是非常正確的，因為永安的服務價值遠遠超出差價，是讓人可以堅定選擇的好平台[握手][握手][握手][耶][耶][耶]非常感謝永安所有售後服務人員專屬客服[強][強][強]
